摘要： A therapeutic cushioning assembly and method. The assemble provides structural support to a user's buttocks and spine while the user rests in a sitting position for a prolonged period of time. The cushioning assembly provides a firm rectangular cushion and a firm circular cushion comprising a high-density foam. The cushions detachably mate in a perpendicular disposition via magnets within the cushions. The position of the rectangular cushion and circular cushion can be rearranged to provide support for either the buttocks or spine, depending on the dimensions and comfort of the user.

摘要： A seat and back cushion for wearing by a user in a sitting, standing and walking position. The cushion includes a cushion body with a top portion attached to a waist belt. The cushion body has a shape of a human buttocks for sitting comfort. The waist belt includes quick release fasteners and buckles for length adjustment. The belt also includes two elastic sections next to opposite sides of the top portion of the cushion body. The elastic sections allow the cushion body to be lowered into a sitting position and raised into a back rest position.

The thoracic support has a center portion extending in an upright direction and adapted to be positioned adjacent the seatback to align adjacent a thoracic region a user's spine and having a first hardness. A pair of side portions are each disposed on opposing lateral sides of the center portion. The side portions have a second hardness less than the first hardness of the center portion. 摘要： A physical support device used for displacing the weight of the upper torso off of the lower back and ensuring proper posture while a user is seated, comprising a base member to be placed on a surface adjacent a seated user, an arced member to be placed under the user's armpit, a vertical support member having a lower end coupled to the base member and an upper end coupled to the arced member. An adjustment mechanism allows for height adjustment of the vertical support member so that the arced member can fit directly under any user's armpit, where the arced member is able to hold and displace the weight of the user's upper torso off the lower back. A forearm support coupled to the vertical support member further provides comfort and relief to a seated user.

摘要： A back support system includes a rigid frame being secured to the backrest of a chair, and a back brace wearable by the user, wherein the back brace is attachable to the frame, such that when the user leans into the backrest, the back brace attaches to the frame, and when the user sinks into the seat of the chair, the vertebrae in the user's lumbar region may be separated and pressure therebetween may be relieved. The frame includes a vertical securing member to prevent the frame from being displaced downward toward the seat of the chair. The frame and back brace each includes an attachment member to engage each other when the user wearing the back brace leans into the frame.
