The plurality of hair colors may include a first highlighting color and a second highlighting color. In this example, the plurality of panels is configured to protect the hair strands placed between the plurality of panels.

摘要： A tool for use in a hair color or other treatment foiling method, comprising an elongated panel at one end of the tool for supporting foil and hair during a coloring procedure or other treatment. The panel comprises a comb portion on one side thereof with a curved tooth at the end of the panel adjacent to the comb portion. A handle portion is secured to the panel and is tapered inwardly toward the other end of the tool. An elongated pick extends outwardly from the handle portion at the other end of the tool for separating, weaving and preparing hair to be colored or treated. In the method of the present invention, the tool is used with a hair coloring or treatment tool kit comprising a flexible support such as an apron having a plurality of pockets for removably supporting all of the components required for performing a hair color foiling method or other hair treatment.

摘要： A method of foiling hair includes the steps of positioning a rigid planar member so as to have one end in abutment with a surface of a head of one person and another end in abutment with a chest of another person, placing a strip of a foil material over a top surface of the rigid planar member, extending a strand of hair from the head over the foil material, and applying a hair treatment solution to the strand of hair. The rigid planar member is positioned so as to extend downwardly from the chest to the head. A plurality of strips of foil material are formed prior to the step of positioning. The step of applying includes brushing the hair treatment solution onto the strand of hair and onto the foil material. This method further includes the step of removing the rigid planar member from beneath the strip of foil material so as to cause the strip of foil material to adhere to the strand of hair.

摘要： Improvements in the art of hair bleaching relating particularly to packaging of and packages for bleach materials in dry, powdered form contained in unit quantity enclosed within a flexible plastic bag which itself is enclosed within a moisture proof can. The can may be large enough only for one such bag of powdered bleach or large enough for a plurality of such bags. Auxiliary materials such as liquid developer to be united by manipulation of the bag with the powder to form a paste, a cap for the head, gloves for the hands, etc., may be included within the package. The bag is preferably provided with an opening through which the developer may be introduced and the paste discharged, and it may be surrounded by a ring that is threaded to receive a threaded cap to close the opening to make the bag dust-proof during storage of the powder and manipulation to make paste. The cap may have a tip with a discharge passageway through which the contents of the bag may be discharged, e.g., a movable tip pivoted to the cap that serves in one position to close the passageway and in another position to open it. The tip may be shaped to enable direct application of the paste to the hair as it is discharged. Spreading of the paste on the hair may be assisted by a brush on the cap adjacent to the opening.

摘要： A foiling device has a plate for receiving one or more foil sheets and a telescoping brace attached to the plate and configured to be set in an extended position and a retracted position to lengthen or shorten the device as needed by the stylist. A substantially flexible stabilizing cap may be attached to the proximal end of the brace, the cap contacting the stylist's chest when in use. The cap may be shaped and textured to increase contact surface area and friction and hold the device against the stylist's clothes. A base may be attached to the plate to space the plate away from the surface on which it rests, making it easier to pick up the device. One or more retaining mechanisms may be positioned on the plate to retain the foil sheets on the surface.
