摘要： A conventional shoe last is provided with an adapter assembly to facilitate lasting of boots and/or other ankle-covering malleoli circumventing footwear. The assembly includes an upward extension that has medially, laterally adjustable medial and lateral portions, each preferably with an adjustable cup-forming member, and each with a skirt for filling in around the thinner top backpart of the conventional shoe last. The V-notch of the conventional shoe last is provided with an adjustable cone portion that at least partially covers the cone portion of the shoe last in order to provide the close fit needed for active wear boots.

摘要： A method and kit are provided for the customization of footwear comprising an upper which is partially or totally made of thermoformable material. The method provides for selectively heating the portions made of thermoformable material of the footwear, while leaving the remaining portions of the footwear at a substantially unchanged temperature, and for applying to the thermoformable material portions a pressure sufficient to adapt their shape to the specific morphology of the user's foot. This allows to customize even footwear comprising delicate portions, which would be damaged if subjected to high temperatures. The method may provide for customizing a footbed, partially or totally made of thermoformable material, to the specific morphology of the user's foot sole. The kit is compact, preferably transportable and capable of autonomously carrying out all the steps of the method.

摘要： A shoe stuffing device is provided. The shoe stuffing device includes a shoe stuffing device body having a distal end and a proximal end and an aperture formed close to the proximal end. The aperture provides a handle for the user to grasp or insert the finger into and pull the shoe stuffing device out of the shoe, while helping resist vertical expansion and support lateral compressibility of the body. The shoe stuffing device can also include a decorative element at the proximal end and attached to the top loop. The decorative element not only provides a pleasant aesthetic effect, but also indicates to the user that the end having the decorative element is to remain outward while the opposite end or tip is to be inserted into the shoe.
