摘要： Multiple workpieces at various stages of manufacture are simultaneously transported, aligned, and processed along the assembly line. Separate workpiece transports are provided for a corresponding number of workstations that perform manufacturing operations on the workpieces. The workpiece transports are capable of movement in the X,Y and Z coordinate directions and can provide rotation in the X-Y plane. 摘要： A fluid-operated stabilizing apparatus receives an article having loose, wrinkled overlapping surfaces and by use of fluid flow control devices directs flows of fluid to the overlapping surfaces to fluidly shake the surfaces to smooth out wrinkles and any folded portions thereof, and then to align and hold the surfaces for subsequent treatment, such as bonding together. A method is also provided for smoothing and aligning the overlapping surfaces for subsequent treatment.

摘要： In a procedure for feeding two limp workpiece sheets intended to be treated together and/or connected with each other and positioning them with respect to each other, it is provided to clamp them in a planar suspended position in clips of trolleys guided by rails. They are moved by the trolleys to scan their contours in a scanning station and to align them relative to each other in an alignment station. The alignment position of the workpiece sheets is fixed through a coupling device, which acts upon clip holders on the trolleys and can be moved together with them. This simultaneously connects the trolleys assigned to each other in pairs into a structure moving as a unit. The workpiece sheets are subsequently guided in their fixed alignment position to a treatment or processing station.

摘要： A method and apparatus for simultaneously separating one sheet from each of several stacks and removing the separated sheets to a desired position wherein the sheets are picked up from superimposed stacks lying on a plurality of tables by means of several sets of pick-up devices, whereby successively the several tables with stacks of sheets are raised into contact with the pick-up devices positioned over them and subsequently picked up, the tables are then lowered away from the pick-up devices so as to separate the engaged and tightened sheets from their respective underlying stacks, supporting means for the sheets are slid between each separated sheet and its stack, the sheets are disengaged from the pick-up devices and dropped on the supporting means, and the supporting means are then moved horizontally from beneath the pick-up devices and superimposed vertically. The sheets are then engaged and simultaneously removed from their respective supporting means in a stacked relationship.
