摘要： A baking device for producing baked goods, in particular for producing filled baked goods, includes baking presses that can be swung open and closed, can be moved from a feeding device through the baking chamber of the oven and to a goods removal device on a continuously moving continuous conveyor that circulates in the longitudinal direction of the oven. The baking presses have a lower baking mold and an upper baking mold, each movable between open and closed positions about a baking-press axis. The baking presses are connected to the continuous conveyor by releasable mechanical connections. The baking device also has a baking-press removal station at at least one point of the continuous conveyor, at which baking-press removal station baking presses can be removed and reattached. The removal and redelivery of the baking presses are performed on the continuously moving continuous conveyor.

摘要： A device for cleaning barbecue gratings comprises a heat reflective perforated plate for placement on the barbecue grating and a removable handle for use in conjunction with said plate for placement and removal thereof. The material of construction of said plate is selected from the group consisting of highly polishable stainless steels, chromium-plated steels, steels coated with heat-resistant reflective materials and aluminum. Both sides may be polished allowing said plate to be reversed in use extending the useful life thereby. The device having sufficient slots and holes therein located to facilitate removal of gas and excess heat. Another lower cost embodiment comprises a hinged, two-piece wire or angled metal frame which allows heat-reflective aluminum foil to be suspended tautly within said frame to maintain foil flatness and to evenly distribute heat. A method for cleaning soiled barbecue gratings by placing said highly polished heat-reflective perforated plate on the grating, turning-up the heat of the grill for about 10 minutes, and then brushing away the residual ash remaining from burnt food soils.

摘要： An endless conveyor band guided around horizontal deflecting rollers, especially a transporter of bakery goods, is coated with a consumable bond-breaking substance by means of a device juxtaposed with a rising bight portion of the band hugging one deflecting roller. The device comprises a mobile carriage biased by gravity toward that deflecting roller from which it is held separated by a pair of spacing rolls. Coating material is applied to the band surface, at a plurality of axially spaced locations, by respective daubers which may be catapults periodically dipping into a bath of coating liquid, or guides for sticks of semi-solid coating material continuously pressed against the band. A distributor reciprocable in axial direction comprises a plurality of wipers sweeping a zone of the band above the daubers for spreading the locally deposited coating matter over the entire surface.

摘要： Apparatus for washing baking pans or the like comprises a pair of side-by-side hot washing solution tanks with a hot spray chamber mounted above each tank and with an endless belt conveyor which passes the articles successively through the spray chambers and from thence on to a dryer. A heat exchanger submerged in one of the tanks heats the water in that tank, some of which overvlows into the other tank. The same heat exchanger supplies hot air to both spray chambers by a flue riser outlet above the level of both tanks. Thus the heating equipment in one tank heats both tanks, and both spray chambers: thus saving the additional energy that would be required to separately heat such tank and each spray chamber.

The disclosed apparatus comprises a continuous screen belt which moves above a conveyor on which the pans are traveling. Above one run of the belt is an air chamber from which high-velocity, short-duration air jets are directed downwardly through the screen. The air jets are laid out in a pattern generally corresponding to the shape of the interior of the baking pans. Additionally, a roller and hopper assembly is provided to apply a coating of grease to the mesh so that the air passing therethrough causes the grease to be dispersed into the pans.

The machine comprises a trough supporting a perforated pan support covered by a lateral housing containing a spray head. With one of the liquids recirculation is from the trough to the spray head. For a different liquid an insert is provided on top of the pan support which isolates it from the sidewalls of the housing and a separate container is caused to recirculate the different liquid.
