摘要： A container for holding aquatic live bait. The container includes a base having an interior for holding water with the aquatic live bait contained therein. The interior has an opening to permit the aquatic live bait to be inserted into and removed from the interior. The base includes an air diffuser arranged to deliver air to the interior to aerate water in the interior and a first air connection fitting fluidly coupled to the air diffuser. A pump unit is removably connectable to the base. The pump unit includes an air pump for supplying air, a battery for powering the air pump, and a second air connection fitting fluidly coupled to the air pump. The second air connection fitting couples to the first air connection fitting when the pump unit is connected to the base to fluidly couple the air pump to the air diffuser.

摘要： An apparatus is a mountable fishing baitwell. The apparatus allows a user to easily access live bait and properly sustains live bait. The apparatus includes a support structure, a water reservoir, a mounting base, and an aeration unit. The support structure upholds the water reservoir and houses the aeration unit. The water reservoir contains the water and the live bait. The mounting base secures the apparatus onto the bow rail of a boat. The support structure further includes a structure body, a reservoir bed, and a storage compartment. The water reservoir further includes a receptacle and a hand-permeable cover. The hand-permeable cover detachably attaches about an opening of the receptacle, and thereby prevents the live bait from escaping and allows the receptacle to be refilled. The aeration unit distributes oxygen into the water within the receptacle which better sustains the live bait within the receptacle.

摘要： An apparatus with a submersed unit, an air pump, a switching-mode power supply, a power transmission cable, a multi-position selector switch, and an air hose is used to aerate and also heat a quantity of water that holds live bait used for fishing. The switching-mode power supply and the air pump are enclosed within a head unit housing which is plugged into a power source. The water containing the live bait is aerated through an aeration stone connected to the air pump through the air hose. When the water needs to be heated a temperature sensitive heating element heats the water. The supplied conditions are controlled by the multi-position selector switch. The temperature sensitive heating element is powered through the power transmission cable and contains a thermistor and a resistive wire. More specifically, when the thermistor detects a drop in temperature, the resistive wire converts electricity into heat.

摘要： Disclosed is a live bait keeper having a cornerless interior and dynamic flow of ambient water through it for freshening the water and protecting bait against harm when the holder is in water. The holder has a hollow, disc-shaped keeper body having forward and aft ends and cornerless interior space. The keeper is buoyant. A top hatch accesses the interior where bait is held. In use, ports on the top-portion of the keeper vent air and water from the interior, and bottom-ports disposed toward the forward-end of the keeper allow water to enter the interior. A tether attachment is disposed on the bottom-portion at the forward end below the neutral buoyancy plane of the keeper body, and as a tether maintains the forward end into the wind and/or current, the keeper rocks fore and aft forcing water into the bottom-ports to provide dynamic water flow into the bait holder.
