摘要： A clothing or seamed felt for use in a pressing part of a machine for producing a fibrous web includes at least one base structure and at least one staple fiber layer on the base structure. The at least one staple fiber layer is disposed on a side facing the fibrous web. At least one seam zone has seam loops connected to one another by at least one pintle to make the clothing endless. The at least one staple fiber layer is divided in the region of the seam zone by at least one cut, forming a seam flap and a seam wedge. The staple fiber layer has in the region of the seam zone, in both the seam flap and the seam wedge, a quantity of connecting fibers connected to one or more additional staple fibers by welded connections. A method for producing a clothing is also provided.

摘要： A seamed felt for use in a machine for producing a tissue web has a single-layer or multilayer base structure and at least one layer of non-woven fibers. The base structure has a textile structure with MD threads which form seam loops at the two front edges of the base structure. The fabric can be made endless by connecting its front edges by way of a seam. The seam can be formed by interlocking the seam loops of the two front edges and introducing a push-in element. The MD threads wholly or predominantly have a diameter between 0.25 mm and 0.45 mm, in particular between 0.3 mm and 0.35 mm, and the thread density of the MD threads is more than 37%, in particular between 37% and 45%. There is also described a corresponding machine and a method for producing a tissue web.

摘要： A process for the production or treatment of a fibrous web, in particular a paper or cardboard web, includes the following steps: a. drying of the fibrous web in a dryer section; b. subsequent cooling of at least one first side of the fibrous web by way of convection cooling, whereby the fibrous web has a temperature of 65° C. or less on at least the first side after cooling, in particular 50° C. and less; c. apply steam to at least the first side of the fibrous web, in particular the temperature on the first side after steam application is at least 70° C., optionally more than 80° C. or 90° C.; and d. treatment of the fibrous web in at least one calendering nip.
