The UE performs an establishment of a multi-access protocol data unit (MA PDU) session for a first access and a second access. The UE is registered in a same network over the first access and the second access. The UE determines that the establishment is completed for the first access and is ongoing for the second access. In response to determining that the establishment is completed for the first access and is ongoing for the second access, the UE sends, over the second access, a mobility management signaling. The mobility management signaling includes an indication that the MA PDU session is in a state other than an inactive state during the establishment that is ongoing on the second access.

摘要： In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a UE. In certain configurations, the UE receives, from a base station, a carrier time division duplexing (TDD) configuration of time slots and symbols for a component carrier (CC). The UE receives, from the base station, one or more subband TDD configurations specific to a subband for the CC. The UE determines, according to the carrier TDD configuration and the subband TDD configurations, whether a collision exists between an uplink (UL) transmission and a downlink (DL) reception for each of the time slots and the symbols. The UE selects one of the UL transmission and the DL reception for one of more of the time slots and the symbols with the collision based on a UE-specific link direction configuration or a plurality of priority rules.

摘要： A method of video coding using block partitioning process including a binary tree partitioning process is disclosed. The block partitioning process is applied to a block of video data to partition the block into final sub-blocks. Coding process comprising prediction process, transform process or both for the block will be applied at the final sub-blocks level. The binary tree partitioning process can be applied to a given block recursively to generate binary tree leaf nodes until a termination condition is met. In another embodiment, the quadtree partitioning process is applied to a block first. The quadtree leaf nodes are further partitioned using the binary tree partitioning process. For example, when the set of 35 Intra prediction modes is used, intraPredMode corresponding to 18, 34, or 26 can be removed. The current Intra prediction mode can be coded predictively based on said one or more neighboring PUs, wherein the current Intra prediction mode is predicted using 2 most probable modes (MPMs) and 32 remaining modes. 摘要： A camera has a continuous full-resolution burst mode wherein a sequence of full-resolution images is captured, is image processed by a pipeline of dedicated hardware image processing engines, is zoomed by a zoom engine, is compressed by a compression engine, and is stored into nonvolatile storage as a sequence of discrete files. The capturing of images and the storing of files continues at a rate of at least three frames per second until the user indicates burst mode operation is to stop or until nonvolatile storage becomes filled. Although the camera has a buffer memory into which raw sensor data is placed before image processing, the number of images that can be captured in a single burst is not limited by the size of the buffer memory. The cost of a consumer market camera having continuous burst mode capability is therefore reduced by reducing the required amount of buffer memory.
