The axis of the stator and the axis of the internal rotor are offset in relation to each other, and the stator can be adjusted in the radial direction in relation to the internal rotor and can be modified by the offset. Said stator is partially enclosed by a clamp which is mounted in a pivotable bearing in the housing of the vane cell pump. The clamp includes clamp arms which protrude on both sides of the pivotable bearing, which partially enclose, respectively, the stator.
