The maximum fill link capability may be configured to control allocation of user device traffic of a user device across multiple bearers of a bonded data plane session supported for the user device. The maximum fill link capability may be provided at a gateway device associated with the bonded data plane session, which may be a network gateway device for downstream user device traffic or a customer gateway device for upstream user device traffic. The maximum fill link capability may be configured to determine an allocation of the user device traffic of a user device data plane session to multiple bearers of the user device data plane session based on policy information associated with the user device data plane session and based on traffic monitoring performed for the user device traffic of the user device data plane session.

摘要： A capability for controlling a size of a congestion window of an information transmission connection (ITC) is provided. The size of the congestion window of the ITC may be controlled based on a threshold, which may be based on an ideal bandwidth-delay product (IBDP) value. The IBDP value may be based on a product of an information transmission rate measure and a time measure. The information transmission rate measure may be based on a target information transmission rate for the ITC. The time measure may be based on a round-trip time measured between a sender of the ITC and a receiver of the ITC. The threshold may be a cap threshold where the size of the congestion window is prevented from exceeding the cap threshold. The threshold may be a reset threshold which may be used to control a reduction of the size of the congestion window.

摘要： A base station provides, a first number of probe packets to an access point for transmission to a user equipment over an access network path. The base station receives information indicating a bandwidth of the access network path estimated by the user equipment. The base station determines which of the base station or the access point to use for communication with the user equipment based on the bandwidth. The user equipment receives a second number of packets over an air interface and determines inter-arrival packet delays for the second number of probe packets. The user equipment estimates the bandwidth of the air interface based on the inter-arrival packet delays, the first number, and a time interval for transmission of the first number of probe packets. The user equipment transmits information indicating the bandwidth.

摘要： Systems and methods for preventing web services from using sensitive data in customizing web pages for a user. In one embodiment, a protection system is implemented between the user and the web service. The protection system identifies past interactions of the user with the web service, identifies text in the past interactions between the user and the web service, and identifies subjects discussed in the text. The protection system then communicates with the user to determine which of the subjects are sensitive to the user, and deletes a history stored by the web service for the user that relates to the sensitive subjects.
