摘要： The invention relates to an energy guiding chain for guiding cables, hoses and the like between two connecting points that move relative to each other, comprising a plurality of tubular chain links (1), which are connected to each other in articulated fashion and made of plastic, and each of which displays a bottom wall (2), adjoining, opposite side walls (3, 4), and a cover wall (5), where the cover wall (5) is or can be detachably connected to the side walls (3, 4), the side walls (3, 4) each display a pivot pin (6) and a joint opening (7) for the articulated connection of adjacent chain links (1), the pivoting angle is limited by stops (8) in both pivoting directions, and the cover walls (5), side walls (3, 4) and bottom walls (2) overlap over the entire pivoting angle. On an energy guiding chain of this kind, the protection of the interior is to be even further improved, and handling during opening and closing of the energy guiding chain facilitated. According to the invention, this is made possible by the fact that the cover wall (5) displays at least one fastening tab (11) on each side, in that the fastening tabs (11) reach over the outer surfaces of the side walls (3, 4), in that snap-in elements (12) are provided on the inner surfaces of the fastening tabs (11) facing towards the outer surfaces of the side walls (3, 4), in that mating snap-in elements (13) are provided on the outer surfaces of the side walls (3, 4), interacting with the snap-in elements (12) of the fastening tabs (11), and in that the snap-in elements (12) and mating snap-in elements (13) form a hinge on at least one side of the energy guiding chain.

摘要： A side portion for a chain link of an energy guiding chain. The side portion has at its ends a respective overlap region which, for limiting pivotal movement, are provided with corresponding abutment surfaces and with a pivot axis, that is to say a first overlap region having first abutment surfaces and a second overlap region having second abutment surfaces. For damping of the pivotal movement, disposed in front of at least each first abutment surface is a spring lip which is resiliently deformable about a bending axis parallel to the pivot axis. The spring lip has an end region which is axial with respect to its bending axis, for coupling in the kinetic energy which is transmitted to said spring lip in the position of installation by the second abutment surface, that corresponds to the first abutment surface, of the second overlap region of the adjacent chain link.

摘要： An energy guiding chain and side part therefore are proposed. In energy guiding chains, the pivotability of connected chain links against each other is typically limited by cooperating abutments with abutment surfaces arranged on the side parts. The invention concerns elastically deformable damping elements which dampen the abutting motion of the areas between the abutments and the abutment surfaces. In accordance with the invention, at least some abutments have a damping bow which is convexly curved in the direction of the respective other abutment surface and behind which a free space is provided, both ends of the damping bow being firmly connected to the respective abutment in the manner of an arched bridge. Furthermore, the damping bow is connected in one piece to the inner wall of the respective side part facing the inner guide channel.

At least some of the chain links (K) at their top side have a respective transverse leg (Q) which is arranged pivotably on a side plate (L) and which can be fixed to the other side plate (L). The opening aid (1) for guidance of the transverse legs (Q) upon opening thereof has a body (2) extending in a working direction (a) and a lateral extension (4) having an inclined sliding deflection surface (3) for the transverse legs (Q). To simplify handling and structure of the opening aid (1) it is proposed that the extension (4) is mounted to the body (2) movably relative thereto and is reciprocatingly movable between a working position in which the extension (4) is arranged extending laterally from the body (2) in operative guiding relationship for the transverse legs (Q) and a rest position in which the extension (4) is arranged in inoperative guiding relationship of being moved away from the working position.
