摘要： The present invention relates to a method for allocating dispatch service areas for trunking system based on code division multiple access technology, comprising: dividing the service area of a trunking system into a plurality of dispatch location areas geographically not overlapping each other; assigning one or a plurality of dispatch location areas as dispatch service area for each fleet on the push-to-talk home register of above trunking system; assigning dispatch service areas for groups of above fleet, wherein the dispatch service areas of the groups should be full set or subset of the fleet's dispatch service area; synchronizing information of dispatch service areas from network side to mobile station by updating user information; system parameter message of base station has the information of dispatch location area that this cell belong to, to inform the mobile station whether it is out of a dispatch service area, and the push-to-talk home register will control the trunking conversation of said mobile station based on whether the mobile station locates in the dispatch service area. The present invention is capable of meeting the requirements for performing the service functions of the trunking system, such as out-the-dispatch-area indication and service area selection.
