摘要： A touch screen display device includes; a touch screen display panel including; first sensing lines which extend in a first direction, second sensing lines which extend in a second direction , and a plurality of touch sensors located at a plurality of sensing positions, each of which provides touch data or untouch data, a readout unit which reads the touch data or the untouch data and outputs the read data as sensing data corresponding to each of the sensing positions, and a sensing unit which groups the sensing positions into at least one pre-touch areas using the sensing data and which recognizes at least one touch positions using the pre-touch areas, wherein when first and third sensing positions from among first through third sensing positions provide the touch data while the second sensing position provides the untouch data, the sensing unit recognizes the untouch data as the touch data.

摘要： An organic light emitting display includes pixels positioned at intersections of scan lines, emission control lines, control lines, and data lines, wherein gate voltages of driving transistors of the pixels are initialized by a first or second initialization power supply and an initialization power supply generating unit for supplying the first initialization power supply to pixels positioned in odd horizontal lines via a first power supply line and for supplying the second initialization power supply to pixels positioned in even horizontal lines via a second power supply line. The first initialization power supply and the second initialization power supply repeat a high voltage and a low voltage with different phases.

摘要： A liquid crystal display (LCD) apparatus includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a backlight assembly. The first substrate includes a display part and a sensor part. The sensor part is disposed in a peripheral area of the display part and senses external light. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The backlight assembly is disposed adjacent to the second substrate to expose the first substrate and to provide light. A light detecting function of the sensor part may be increased, so that the backlight may be used effectively and the power consumption of the display apparatus may be reduced.
