    • A method and device for configuring cognitive radio system spectrum resources, relates to the field of wireless communication and solves the problem that the existing resource configuration mode influences system stability. The method includes: receiving, by a reconfiguration management node, idle spectrum resource request information transmitted by secondary user equipment, wherein the idle spectrum resource request information indicates a demand of the secondary user equipment for idle spectrum resources; and performing, by the reconfiguration management node, an idle spectrum resource configuration decision for the secondary user equipment according to current idle spectrum resource information and historical configuration information of the idle spectrum resources of the secondary user equipment. The technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present document is applicable to radio service, and realizes higher-efficiency idle spectrum resource configuration decision on the basis of historical data.

    • Disclosed are a time synchronization method and system. The method comprises: an NE1 and the upstream nodes of the NE1 are classified into the first level, and the downstream nodes of the NE1 are classified into the second level, where the first level priority of the first level is higher than the second level priority of the second level; an NE3 connected to the NE1 through a PTP synchronization link in the downstream node receives a first device priority of the NE1 and the first level priority from the NE1; and after the NE3 receives the second device priority of an NE2 and the second level priority sent by the NE2 in the downstream nodes which is connected to the NE1 through the 1PPS+TOD synchronization link, determines that a clock parameter of the NE1 is optimal, and synchronizes the local clock to the NE1.

    • Provided are a time correction method and a time correction apparatus for a slave clock device. The method is applied to a slave clock device, wherein the method includes: acquiring background traffic information, in a running process, of the slave clock device; acquiring a deviation correction value according to the background traffic information and a fitted function reflecting delay on an asymmetric link; and correcting a synchronization time, which is output from the slave clock device, in real time according to the deviation correction value. With the above technical solution, the technical problem in related art that there is no technical solution for effectively eliminating a dynamic delay change of an asymmetric link due to a background traffic change is solved, thereby greatly reducing the impact of the traffic change on the asymmetric link delay.
