    • An optical information reproducing apparatus and an optical information reproducing method using the same are provided. The optical information reproducing apparatus includes: a reference beam providing unit which inputs a reference beam to a reproduction recording area to be reproduced and a peripheral recording area around the reproduction recording area on an optical information recording medium, a peripheral beam detecting unit which transmits a reproduction beam reproduced from the reproduction recording area in response to the reference beam and detects a peripheral beam reproduced from the peripheral recording area, a tracking servo unit which analyzes optical information of the detected peripheral beam and controls a tracking position, and a reproduction beam detecting unit which detects the reproduction beam having pass through the peripheral beam detecting unit. Accordingly, it is possible to judge a current tracking state using the peripheral beam and to perform a tracking servo control process using the judgment result at the time of reproducing optical information.

    • An multi-port based MIMO antenna receiver is designed to remove signal interferences occurring among MIMO antennas in the use. In the MIMO antenna receiver, a multi-port unit is connected to MIMO antennas, and a signal interference remover receives receipt signals from the MIMO antennas through the multi-port unit and adds each of the receipt signals with another one of the receipt signals to which preset weight values for minimizing signal interference are multiplied in order to remove interferences from the receipt signals. A phase converter converts the signals from the signal interference remover into multi-phase signals of different phases. A signal detector detects I and Q signals from the multi-phase signals converted by the phase converter. A signal processor restores original data by using the I and Q signals detected by the phase converter, and a weight value calculator monitors the detection signals by the signal detector while calculating a weight value of each of the receipt signals with the detection signal corresponding to an optimum receiving condition.

    • The invention provides a transmitter using a chaotic signal which turns on/off a supply voltage of a chaotic signal generator in accordance with a transmitted digital data signal, without requiring a separate modulator for combining the chaotic signal and the digital data signal. The transmitter uses a chaotic signal for modulating a predetermined digital data to transmit. A chaotic signal generator turns on to generate the chaotic signal when a supply voltage is supplied and turns off when the supply voltage is cut off. A supply voltage switch supplies/cuts off the supply voltage to/from the chaotic signal generator in accordance with the digital data. Further, the supply voltage of the chaotic signal generator is supplied/cut off in accordance with the digital data so that an output from the chaotic signal generator is a modulated signal of the digital data.
