摘要： A method of generating common trouble case data for managing a plurality of systems. The method includes (a) obtaining first identifiers of actual system components and a second identifier of a template from a system data storage unit, (b) obtaining third identifiers of definitional system components from a template data storage unit on the basis of the second identifier, (c) selecting, by a computer, a first identifier subset among the first identifiers on the basis of the third identifiers, and (d) selecting, by the computer, a first trouble case data subset among a plurality of first trouble case data pieces on the basis of the first identifier subset to generate the common trouble case data. In the above (c), the first identifiers of the first identifier subset are identical to the third identifiers. In the above (d), the first trouble case data subset includes the first identifier subset.

摘要： An information processing apparatus obtains, from an F-CMDB for managing CIs regarding resources and their attribute values, CIs with the type and attribute of the resource for which a rule is to be created for use at the time of comparison between CIs. From the F-CMDB for managing CIs of SRC and CIs of DST, and relations between SRC and DST together, the information processing apparatus also obtains CI pairs with SRC including any CI previously obtained and also having a relation corresponding to the determination objective of the rule. Then, the information processing apparatus subjects CIs of SRC with the same classification as that defined in a CI of DST to grouping. 摘要： There is provided an apparatus and method for executing live-migrations concurrently on a plurality of virtual machines. Resource-usage state information is acquired from each of the plurality of virtual machines when a first live migration of a first virtual machine is started. A correlation factor indicating a degree of correlation between first resource-usage state information for the first virtual machine and second resource-usage state information for each of one or more virtual machines other than the first virtual machine is calculated using the acquired resource-usage state information. Next, a second virtual machine having a positive correlation factor with respect to the first virtual machine is selected from the one or more virtual machines where the positive correlation factor indicating a close similarity between the first and second resource-usage state information. Then, a second live-migration is executed on the second virtual machine in parallel with the ongoing first live migration.
