    • A blade server system is described. The blade server system includes a main chassis, a rear module chassis and a mid-plane. The main chassis is formed with slots into which a plurality of sever blades are slidablely inserted from the front end of the main chassis. The rear module chassis is removablely mounted to the rear end of the main chassis, and divided into plural partitions for housing different component modules. The mid-plane is mounted to an end of the rear module chassis, and includes a first face and an opposite second face. The first face has plural connectors electrically connected to the server blades and the second face has plural connectors electrically connected to the component modules. Therefore, when maintenance is needed for the mid-plane, the service engineer only needs to withdraw the entire rear module chassis as a whole, without the need to remove the individual component modules.

    • A foolproof mechanism for a server is disclosed for use in a blade server and/or in a similar electronic apparatus having a chassis to which with an insertion portion of a blade board is inserted and coupled horizontally and is constrained vertically. The foolproof mechanism includes a blade housing mounted on an outer side of the insertion portion, a depression structure formed on the blade housing, and an anti-moving button installed loosely in the depression structure. By gravity, the anti-moving button is automatically sunk in the depression structure while the insertion portion is inserted in a correct orientation, thereby smoothly inserting the insertion portion into the chassis; on the contrary, the anti-moving button is automatically projected out of the depression structure while the insertion portion is inserted incorrectly, thereby blocking the insertion portion from inserting into the chassis, thus preventing the insertion portion and the chassis from being damaged.

    • The invention discloses light source devices applied in backlight modules of image display panels. The light source device includes a current source unit generating a driving current, a plurality of light emitting units coupled in series to the current source unit, a plurality of current shunts corresponding to the light emitting units respectively and providing current bypasses for the driving current to bypass the corresponding light emitting units, a plurality of light sensing units sensing the brightness of the light emitting units, and a control unit generating a plurality of current shunt control signals for separately controlling the current shunts. Each of the current shunt control signals is generated according to the sensed brightness of the corresponding light emitting unit and is used in controlling the conduction statement of the current bypass provided by the corresponding current shunt.
