Portions of the spacer material layer and the pad material layer are removed so as to form a pair of first spacers and a pair of pad blocks. A source/drain is formed on the substrate beside the stacked gate structure.

    • An operation training simulation apparatus for a computer numerical control (CNC) machine includes a CNC casing assembly, a control panel device for inputting control and operation commands, a software simulator connected with the simulated control panel displayer, and a simulation displayer electrically connected to the software simulator. The casing assembly includes a CNC frame body. The control panel device is mounted on the casing assembly and has a realistic function control panel interface and a realistic operation control panel interface. The software simulator generates machining and operation simulations based on the inputted control and operation commands through the control panel device, and the simulation displayer visualizes the machining and operation simulations generated by the software simulator.

    • A system and method for monitoring production of CNC machines is provided. The system comprises a monitoring host and a displaying device. The monitoring host comprises an NC interpreter, a production analysis module, and a user interface module. The NC interpreter interprets first format data received from CNC machines into second format data saved within a temporary file. The production analysis module analyzes control codes and parameters of control codes contained in the temporary file to obtain current operation states and information of CNC machines connected to the monitoring host. The user interface module transforms the collected current operation states and information of CNC machines into a user-friendly interface that is displayed on the displaying device, such as a monitor.

    • A calculator comprises an input having an UNDO key for recovering cleared values. When displayed data or recorded data of memory is cleared by pressing one of deletion keys, the cleared data is pushed into a stack register. A flag register is set when the displayed data or recorded data is cleared by a deletion key. When the UNDO key is pressed and the flag register indicates that the displayed data or recorded data was cleared by the deletion key, a data entry is popped from the stack register, so as to recover the cleared value.
