摘要： Disclosed herein is a multi-cantilever MEMS sensor functioning as a mechanical sensor having a plurality of cantilevers, replacing a conventional DSP based sound source localization algorithm and reducing production cost when the MEMES sensor applied to mass-produced robots, a manufacturing method thereof, a sound source localization apparatus using the multi-cantilever MEMS sensor and a sound source localization method using the sound source localization apparatus. The multi-cantilever MEMS sensor comprises a plurality of cantilevers 100 each of which includes a piezoresistor 20 and a sensing part 30 for sensing a predetermined signal generated according to the piezoresistor 20; and a terminal T for detecting the signal generated according to the piezoresistor 20, wherein one end of each cantilever is a free end and the other end thereof is a fixed end of each cantilever, the piezoresistor 20 and the sensing part 30 are formed at the fixed end, and the free ends of the plurality of cantilevers 100 have different lengths. A method of manufacturing the multi-cantilever MEMS sensor is provided. Furthermore, a method of using the multi-cantilever MEMS sensor and a sound source localization apparatus are provided.

In the complex sensing apparatus in accordance, since an insertion projections of a first PCB are inserted into a through-holes of a second PCB to be press-fitted to each other, the first PCB is securely coupled to the second PCB. In addition, since a support member configured to surround and support an edge of the first PCB is coupled to the second PCB, the first PCB is more securely coupled to the second PCB. Accordingly, since there is no probability of separating the first PCB from the second PCB and there is no probability of occurrence of cracks in a soldered part between the first and second PCBs, reliability of products can be improved.

The a top emission inverted OLED device includes: first and second pad portions disposed on peripheral areas which correspond to outer sides of a light generation area on a metal substrate; at least one thin film transistor formed on the light generation area; a passivation layer formed to cover the thin film transistor on the metal substrate and include contact holes which partially expose the thin film transistor and the first and second pad portions; a stacked pattern of first and second conductive patterns formed on the passivation layer and configured to make contact with the exposed part of the thin film transistor through one of the contact holes; a cathode electrode formed on the light generation area and electrically connected to the second conductive pattern; an organic light emission layer disposed on the cathode electrode; an anode electrode disposed on the organic light emission layer and formed from a transparent metal material; and electrode patterns formed from the same material as the second conductive pattern on the rest of the contact holes which expose the first and second pad portions.
