    • A capability for cross-layer aware communication of a multipath data flow via a communication network is presented. The multipath data flow is transported using a set of multiple transmission flows based on a multipath transport protocol. The communication network supports a set of multiple communication paths. A controller is configured to determine a set of mappings between the multiple transmission flows of the multipath data flow and the multiple communication paths based on cross-layer state information, compute a set of path mapping rules for a network element based on the mappings between the multiple transmission flows of the multipath data flow and the multiple communication paths, and provide the path mapping rules to the network element. The network element is configured to apply the path mapping rules for mapping packets of the multipath data flow between the multiple transmission flows of the multipath data flow and the multiple communication paths.

    • The present invention discloses a mixer circuit for mixing two input signals by source-coupled MOS transistors and outputting a mixed result. A duty cycle controlling MOS transistor is connected to a source of each source-coupled MOS transistor in series. A duty cycle controlling pulse is applied to a gate of the duty cycle controlling MOS transistor. The duty cycle controlling pulse has a phase shift of −90 degrees with respect to a controlling pulse applied to the gate of the source-coupled MOS transistor connected with the duty cycle controlling MOS transistor in series. An AND-combination of the duty cycles of the two controlling pulses applied to the gates of the two MOS transistors connected in series can be controlled at 25%. Comparing to the conventional mixer circuit having a switch control duty cycle of 50%, the present invention achieves the effects of increasing the gain and reducing the noise figure.

    • An event notification method in a wireless communications system can reduce the amount of transmission data in a wireless section and improve transmission efficiency by reducing the number of notifications with respect to an event which is frequently generated as a user sends a server an event notification request message including period information through a SIP-based client in order to request the notification with the specific event, and the server sends an event notification message to the client according to a period included in the period information or when a permitted time range is satisfied in order to notify the event when the corresponding event is generated.
