摘要： Disclosed is a self-reciprocating energy recovery device utilized in driving of a seawater pump by self-reciprocating a piston of a power recovery chamber and recovering energy not using an electronic drive unit but using the hydraulic power of concentrated water. The self-reciprocating energy recovery device including a pair of power recovery chambers having pistons therein respectively, a high-pressure concentrated supply pipe, a low-pressure concentrated discharge pipe, and a high-pressure seawater discharge pipe to enable the power recovery chambers to recover hydraulic power supplied through the high-pressure concentrated water supply pipe and utilize the hydraulic power in driving of a seawater pump.

摘要： The present invention discloses an apparatus for manufacturing electronic devices using a roll-to-roll rotary pressing process, comprising a winding roll around which flexible printing paper is wound; a plurality of printing units arranged in a straight line; at least one coating unit; a rewinding roll to rewind the printing paper when printing has been completed; a plurality of guide rolls arranged between the winding roll and the rewinding roll, thus guiding the printing paper; a plurality of drying units, each drying unit being provided on a printing paper-path between the printing unit and the adjacent guide roll to dry ink transferred to the printing paper or on a printing paper-path between the coating unit and the adjacent guide roll to dry the printing paper on which coating agent is supplied; and tension regulating units installed around the winding roll and the rewinding roll, respectively, for regulating tension of the printing paper.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a method and apparatus for manufacturing an electronic device, which is intended to economically manufacture an electronic circuit device, such as an IC chip, using functional ink and a roll-to-roll rotary pressing process. The method includes a first step of injecting functional ink into a forming groove of a forming roll, a second step of removing ink covering a surface of the forming roll, a third step of drying a surface of the functional ink injected into the forming groove, a fourth step of transferring the dried surface of the functional ink to a printing roll, a fifth step of drying another surface of the functional ink transferred to the printing roll, a sixth step of transferring the functional ink from the printing roll to flexible printing paper which is unwound from a winding roll, and a seventh step of winding the printing paper, on which an electronic circuit is printed, around a rewinding roll.

摘要： A variable displacement mechanism for a swash plate hydraulic pump or motor, in which a swash plate, a swash plate guiding wall, a tilting control piston, and a swash plate tilting guiding and swash plate rotation preventing pin are included for varying the requiring flow rate (volumetric displacement) per revolution without the rotation of the swash plate even during the tilting of the swash plate angle and during the rotation of the hydraulic pump or motor. The periphery of the swash plate is spherical for smoothing the tilting of the swash plate, and a securing pin accommodating slot is formed on the lower portion of the swash plate. Further, there are provided a securing pin for preventing rotation of the swash plate, and a bore formed on the bottom of a front cover for installing the securing pin. A housing or the front cover is provided with a guide wall for guiding the tilting of the swash plate, so that the volumetric displacement can be varied even during the rotation of the hydraulic pump or motor, thereby varying the discharge rate of the hydraulic pump or varying the rotating speed of the hydraulic motor in a safe manner.

摘要： A two-stage speed change mechanism for a swash plate hydraulic motor, in which a swash plate is moved even during the revolution of the swash type hydraulic motor, thereby making it possible to vary the exclusion volume. An accommodating bore for accommodating a fixing pin is formed on a side wall of a housing. Piston for shifting the swash plate is provided, and control valves 14,15 and 16 each including a pilot line 14, a spool 15 and a compression spring 16 are installed for the actuation of the swash plate shifting piston 3. Thus the exclusion volume can be safely varied even during the rotating of the hydraulic motor.
