摘要： The present invention relates to novel thiourea derivatives as a modulator for vanilloid receptor (VR) and the pharmaceutical compositions containing the same. As diseases associated with the activity of vanilloid receptor, pain acute pain, chronic pain, neuropathic pain, post-operative pain, migraine, arthralgia, neuropathies, nerve injury, diabetic neuropathy, neurodegeneration, neurotic skin disorder, stroke, urinary bladder hypersensitiveness, irritable bowel syndrome, a respiratory disorder such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, irritation of skin, eye or mucous membrane, fervescence, stomach-duodenal ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease and inflammatory diseases can be enumerated. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of these diseases.

The cooling/heating air conditioner comprises a refrigeration cycle mechanism including a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, expansion units, indoor heat exchangers, and a 4-way valve, to enable both cooling and heating operations, a condensed water collecting device to receive and store condensed water, which is produced in part of the outdoor heat exchanger and indoor heat exchangers serving as evaporators, a steam generating device to change the condensed water gathered via the condensed water collecting device into humidifying steam, and a humidifying spray device to supply the steam generated in the steam generating device to rooms. The cooling/heating air conditioner has the effect of realizing more pleasant air conditioning environment in a heated room that may be easily dried, and of achieving effective utilization of the condensed water.

Furthermore, it is not necessary for an engineer or a user to directly input the capacities of the outdoor units, and therefore, user convenience is improved.

摘要： The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display, which comprises: a lower substrate having a reflective electrode; a lower alignment film formed on the lower substrate; an upper substrate having a color filter and disposed opposite to the lower substrate; an upper alignment film formed on the upper substrate; a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the lower and upper substrates; a phase compensation film adhered on the outer surface of the upper substrate and serving to convert linearly polarized light into circularly polarized light; and a polarizer adhered on the phase compensation film and serving to convert natural light into linearly polarized light. The lower alignment film has an alignment angle of −10 to 20° with respect to a horizontal line, the upper alignment film has an alignment angle of 40 to 55° with respect to a horizontal line, the liquid crystal layer has a phase delay value (dΔn) of 0.24-0.27 μm, the phase compensation film has a phase compensation function of λ/4 and also has an optical axis making 140-146° with a horizontal line, and the polarizer has a absorption axis making 120 to 122.5° with a horizontal line. According to the present invention, the design of a liquid crystal cell can be optimized to provide a liquid crystal display having excellent display characteristics. Furthermore, cell gap can be increased to improve process margin.

摘要： A CMOS image sensor with improved sensitivity includes a main pixel array region of an active pixel array region formed on a semiconductor substrate. A passivation layer is formed over the sensor, and it is at least partially removed from the main pixel array region, such that incident light being detected by the main pixel array does not pass through the passivation layer. Optical absorption and refraction caused by the material of the passivation layer are eliminated, resulting in an image sensor with improved optical sensitivity.
