摘要： A suction control apparatus is adapted to be used in a packaging machine for conveying and packaging a belt-shaped film while the film is being suctioned by a suction-type film conveyor. The suction control apparatus includes a proper vacuum-degree determination section and a vacuum-degree control unit. The proper vacuum-degree determination section is configured and arranged to determine a proper degree of vacuum of the suction-type film conveyor, which is less than a reference value set in advance. The vacuum-degree control unit is configured to set the degree of vacuum to a first value corresponding to the proper degree of vacuum determined by the proper vacuum-degree determination section.

摘要： The bag-making packaging machine 20 comprises a tubular former 23 having a former surface for aligning a packaging film 11, a pull-down mechanism 24, a vertical seal mechanism 21, a horizontal seal mechanism 22, and a molding apparatus 25 for molding three dimensional designs, in which the tubular former 23 has a molding surface 30 for molding the three dimensional designs at any position of the former surface, and the molding apparatus 25 is provided at the position opposite to the molding surface 30 of the former. As specific examples of the molding apparatus 25, a heater, a light irradiation apparatus, a mold, and pressing machine can be exemplified. When the molding apparatus 25 is the heater or the optical irradiation apparatus, a foamable ink is contained in the printing layer of the packaging film 11 to foam. When the molding apparatus 25 is the mold, the embossing is performed by further laminating the reinforcement sheet or the sheet for the three dimensional designs on the packaging film 11. And when the molding apparatus 25 is the pressing machine, the three dimensional sheet is laminated on the packaging film 11 beforehand.

摘要： A disposable wearing includes a crotch chassis having a liquid-impervious sheet. The crotch chassis has a main region and opposite lateral portions lying outboard of the main region in the transverse direction and provided with leg elastic elements extending in the longitudinal direction. The opposite lateral portions respectively have fold lines extending in the longitudinal direction, outer side zones lying outboard of the respective fold lines in the transverse direction and inner side zones lying inboard of the respective fold lines in the transverse direction. The outer side zones of the respective lateral portions are folded inward and fixed to the associated inner side zones via associated bond zones extending in the longitudinal direction to form a pair of elastic lateral portions having folded back regions, respectively.

The uneven structure may be unfolded in the longitudinal direction and put in close contact with the first fastening member to achieve firm engagement over an area as large as possible between the flattened uneven structure and the first fastening member.

摘要： A diaper includes front and rear waist members and a crotch member. The front and rear waist members are respectively formed with first narrowly-spaced elastic zones, widely-spaced elastic zones and second narrowly-spaced elastic zones adjacent one to another. Front and rear ends of the crotch member are bonded to respective sides of the front and rear waist members so that the crotch member's front and rear ends may positionally correspond to the second narrowly-spaced elastic zones. Cover sheets are attached to the side of the crotch member to cover the crotch member's front and rear ends respectively.
