摘要： A quinoline derivative represented by general formula (1), a medicinally acceptable salt thereof, and a remedy for cardiac diseases containing the same: ##STR1## [wherein ring A represents a furan, dihydrofuran or dioxolane ring, and R.sup.1 represents an aminoalkyl group].The compound (1) has a positively inotropic effect on myocardia and an antiarrhythmic effect, and can dilate blood vessels without extremely increasing the heart rate. Therefore, a remedy for cardiac diseases containing the same as the active ingredient is remarkably useful for treating cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia, and so forth.

摘要： A rotary strainer comprising a revolving box-like structure having a horizontal axis of revolution and a filtering net stretched around the external periphery of said box-like structure, wherein a mixture of liquid and solids is introduced into said box-like structure so as to primarily separate said solids and liquid by said filtering net, with the thus separated solids being dropped with rotation of said box-like structure onto a screw conveyor extending through the inside of said structure so as to discharge the separated solids out of the structure by said conveyor, and the bottom face of a screw conveyor chute provided below the screw is slanted downwardly toward the box-like structure so that the liquid adhering to the primarily separated solids will flow back toward said box-like structure by dint of said slant for further separation.

摘要： A filter is spread over each side of the strainer casing rotated by a horizontal driving shaft, and a plurality of radially extending partition plates are provided in the inside peripheral part of said casing, whereby alien matter such as sludge contained in the liquid supplied into said casing is separated by said filters. The alien matter such as sludge remaining in the casing is moved upwardly with rotation of the casing and then dropped gravitationally into a chute-like passage and thereby discharged out of the casing.
