    • There is provided a radio communication device capable of accurately selecting an object RF-tag to be processed and a non-object RF-tag not to be processed.An RF-tag inquiry unit inquires for tag identification information to an RF-tag by radio communication. A radio field intensity detecting unit detects a radio field intensity of a response radiowave returned from the RF-tag, and a radio field intensity determining unit determines whether or not this radio field intensity is equal to or greater than a threshold. An execution control unit executes a prescribed process applying to the RF-tag whose radio field intensity is determined to be equal to or greater than the threshold. A first radio field intensity determining unit determines a first radio field intensity using the radio field intensity of the radiowave responded from the RF-tag that has been determined to be an object to which a prescribed process is applied, while a second radio field intensity determining unit determines a second radio field intensity using the radio field intensity of the radiowave responded from the RF-tag that has been determined to be non-object not to be processed. A threshold update unit calculates a new threshold using the first radio field intensity and second radio field intensity.

    • A cutter knife having a sheath type holder, a control knob slidably mounted in the holder and a blade attached to and retained by the control knob. The holder is provided with an elongated slot along which the control knob is moved, a longitudinal through passage through which the blade is passed, a slide bore in which a blade-retaining portion of the control knob is slidingly moved and guiding means formed in the back side thereof. The guide means is in communication with the end portion of the slide bore, and are adapted to suitably guide the blade-retaining portion of the control knob. The blade can be moved through the through passage and fixed with a desired projection length from the holder, as the control knob is moved along the elongated slot and fixed to the latter by suitable means. As the front end of the control knob is brought into contact with the end of the elongated slot, the blade-retaining portion of the control knob is guided by the guiding means so as to be exposed from the back side of the holder, with a portion thereof left in the through passage, for free engagement and disengagement with and from the blade, thus affording an easy attaching and detaching, i.e. replacement of the blade.

    • A heat exchanger, which maintains basic performance even in an environment repeatedly subjected to dew condensation, is provided. The heat exchanger is formed of a plurality of unit devices each including a heat exchanger plate, spacer ribs, and shielding ribs. The heat exchanger plate, the spacer rib and the shielding rib are integrally molded with resin. The spacer ribs keep the spacing between the heat exchangers, and the shielding ribs shield leakage of airflow. The unit devices are stacked each other to form airflow passages between the heat exchanger plates. The airflow passages allow a first airflow and a second airflow to pass therethrough and to exchange heat through the heat exchanger plates. The heat exchanger plate is made of a moisture permeable resin film having water-insolubility and flame retardant property, and the resin has water-insolubility and flame retardant property.
