摘要： A moving core of a solenoid air valve has a flange portion arranged on a side of a fixed core, provided in a radially projecting manner and having a first diameter, and a shaft portion having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter. Therefore, a sufficient area of magnetic pole is ensured around a rubber packing in the flange portion of the moving core. Consequently, the solenoid air valve structured such that an area of magnetic pole is sufficiently ensured even if the moving core is made thinner in order to ensure a volume of a coil body in reducing the solenoid air valve in size can be provided.

摘要： According to a solenoid air valve, a flange portion of a moving core and a flange portion area of a bobbin implement a stop area defining a distance of travel of the moving core in a direction away from a fixed core. An end portion of a shaft portion of the moving core can project outward through an opening of a frame cover, so that a gap between a surface of the frame cover facing the shaft portion and a side surface of the shaft portion (distance: L2) can be minimized. Consequently, a solenoid air valve having a structure allowing improvement in magnetic efficiency by making smaller the gap between the frame and the moving core is provided.

摘要： A cuff for blood pressure monitor includes an air bag for pressing an upper arm, a curled elastic member wound annularly on the outside of the air bag and changeable in size in a radial direction, and a cover having a bag shape for including the air bag and the curled elastic member. The curled elastic member has an overlapping region in which one end and the other end thereof in a circumferential direction are overlapped with each other. The cuff has a sticker serving as an indicator for showing a spot to be held by hand in the fitting operation on a surface thereof at a position corresponding to a region opposing to the overlapping region of the curled elastic member or a region closer to the one end of the curled elastic member than the opposing region in the non-fitting state.

The air bag has an engagement portion at each side end portion in the width direction. The engagement portion is folded along the end face of the curled elastic member toward the curled elastic member, and secured to the outer peripheral surface of the curled elastic member. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a living body pressing apparatus capable of preventing occurrence of lateral displacement, and a living body information measuring apparatus provided with the living body pressing apparatus.

The bag-shaped cover member is formed by stacking an outer cover and an inner cover and connecting their rims together. The inner cover has a folded portion formed by folding back its end portion in the width direction. The folded portion is located between the end portion in the width direction of the outer cover and the end portion in the width direction of the curled elastic member. Thus, a cuff for a blood pressure monitor easy to manufacture, suitable for reduction of cuff width, excellent in handling property when fitting, and suppressing curling and fraying of the bag-shaped cover member can be obtained.

摘要： A cuff for a blood pressure monitor is wound around a measurement site of the living body, and includes an air bag having an inflated/deflated space formed therein by melting and bonding rims of an outer wall portion and an inner wall portion together. The air bag contains a band-shaped connecting portion, which has ends respectively attached to one end and the other end of the air bag in its winding direction around the living body, so as to extend substantially continuously from the one end to the other end of the air bag. The band-shaped connecting portion is arranged inside the inflated/deflated space of the air bag. With this configuration, a cuff for a blood pressure monitor permitting uniform inflation of the air bag over the entire region when the pressurized air is introduced therein is obtained.

摘要： A cuff for a blood pressure monitor has an air bag inflated/deflated as the air comes in/out. The air bag has an inner wall portion located on the inner side in the fitted state of the cuff and an outer wall portion located outer than the inner wall portion, and a side wall portion connecting side end portions of the inner and outer wall portions and folded inwards in the deflated state of the air bag to form a gusset at each side end portion of the air bag. A bonded portion is provided at a region of the air bag in its winding direction around the living body, for reducing expansion of the gusset formed by the side wall portion. Thus, occurrence of lateral displacement of the cuff is prevented, and a highly reliable blood pressure monitor of high performance can be obtained.
