摘要： A high-speed agitation type mixer of a continuous extruding method including a plurality of agitating members provided around a rotational shaft inside a fixed casing is used to mix and react a water absorbing resin containing a carboxyl group with an aqueous liquid containing, for example, a crosslinking agent that can react with the carboxyl group. The agitating members of the mixer of a continuous extruding method are provided so as to form in the ejection side a second area whose thrusting force is weaker than the thrusting force in a first area in which the water absorbing resin supplied into the casing is dispersed. A device for manufacturing a water absorbing agent is thus offered which boasts good absorbency under pressure and always maintain its excellent performance with end products.

摘要： A method for the continuous production of a shaped hydrogel of absorbent resin is disclosed. This invention accomplishes the continuous production by continuously supplying in the form of a layer a monomer mixture capable of forming an absorbent resin by polymerization and polymerizing the layer of the monomer mixture. This method is characterized by retaining the rate of change of the thickness in the direction of width of the layer of hydrogel of absorbent resin at the time of formation of gel at a level of not more than 20%. The method is advantageously carried out by the use of an apparatus for the production of a shaped hydrogel of absorbent resin which comprises a movable endless revolving support belt, a monomer mixture supplying device, and a device for discharging the shaped hydrogel of absorbent resin, the apparatus preferably being provided near each of the opposite lateral parts of the movable endless revolving support belt with a lateral weir adapted to move in concert with the belt or being provided near each of the opposite lateral parts of the movable endless revolving support belt with a lateral weir fixed in such a manner as to contact the belt in a sliding state. The method of this invention permits production of a shaped hydrogel of absorbent resin intended to afford an absorbent resin which exhibits high absorption capacity, little water-soluble content and little residual monomer only in small amounts, and enjoys a high productivity rate.

The grill shutter is capable of opening or closing shutter members and regulating positions of the shutter members when being opened. When a maximum supplied flow rate of air provided by the wind during running is greater than a flow rate of air required for the hydrogen fuel battery, the required flow rate of air is established only by opening/closing control of the shutter members through a grill shutter opening instruction. If this is not the case, the grill shutter members are opened fully through the grill shutter opening instruction to maximize the volume of the wind during running taken in from the front grille. Additionally, a shortfall in the required flow rate of air for the hydrogen fuel battery is compensated for by actuating the blower through a blower speed instruction.

The air-cooled fuel cell includes: air inlets respectively at both side portions in a vehicle width direction; and air outlets and an exhaust duct at a central portion in the vehicle width direction, the exhaust duct configured to discharge air flowing out of the air outlets to a rear side of the vehicle. Intake ducts extending toward the front portion of the vehicle are respectively connected to the air inlets.
