    • The present invention provides an automatic or semi-automatic method for turning over and/or stirring the cooking material of a cooking container in an automatic or semi-automatic cooking utensil. The method can comprise the following steps: (1) limiting the cooking material in a cooking container within a desired area in its main direction or all directions by a limiting means, and (2) turning over or stirring the cooking material limited in the desired area of the cooking container through the movement of the cooking container and/or by a turning-over/stirring means. The present invention also provides a turning-over/stirring device with a limiting means and an automatic or semi-automatic cooking utensil with such a turning-over/stirring device.

    • A method for turning over cooking materials in a cooker, comprising: 1) making the cooker rotate around a rotation axis which is within the edge range of the cooker; and 2) generating an acceleration at an appropriate position or at an appropriate time to cause all or a part of the material inside the cooker to turn over. The present invention also discloses a turning-over device utilizing the above turning-over method, which comprises a cooker, a first motion mechanism and a driving mechanism which is an electric device, a magnetic device, an aerodynamic device, a hydraulic device, or a mechanical device. The first motion mechanism comprises a rotation shaft lying within the edge of the cooker, and the driving mechanism drives the cooker to rotate around the rotation shaft at variable speed.

    • Computer-implemented methods for synchronizing data between a server and a client are provided. In one aspect, a method includes receiving a request from a client to synchronize data. The request includes a synchronization token that includes client recent synchronization signatures, each client recent synchronization signature representing a state of data synchronization on the client for a certain time period. The method also includes comparing each client recent synchronization signature with a corresponding server recent synchronization signature representing data on a server for the same time period. When the comparison indicates that the data on the client for the time period represented by the client recent synchronization signature is not synchronized with corresponding data on the server for the time period, then the method includes sending the data on the server for the time period to the client. Systems and machine-readable media are also provided.
