摘要： A collimator for adjusting an X-ray beam includes: an up-and-down adjustment mechanism; a left-and-right adjustment mechanism, a supporting member; and an adjusting plate connected with the supporting member. The up-and-down adjustment mechanism comprises first rotating nuts, up-and-down moving leading screws threadedly connected with the first rotating nuts, and upper and lower sliding stops located in the supporting member. Each of the leading screws is connected with the upper and lower sliding stops to drive the upper and lower sliding stops, respectively, to vertically move. The left-and-right adjustment mechanism comprises second rotating nuts, horizontally moving leading screws connected with second rotating nuts, and left and right sliding stops located in the supporting member. Each of the horizontally moving leading screws are connected with the left and right sliding stops to drive the left and right sliding stops, respectively, to horizontally move.

摘要： The present invention relates to a radiation inspection system discloses a shielding door device for a radiation inspection system, comprising a door body, two guides located on two opposite sides of the door body, a rack, a gear and a motor. The two guides are fixed on an upper surface of a frame and the door body is movably connected to the two guides via bearings. The rack is fixed on a bottom of the door body and meshed with the gear. The gear is coupled with a shaft of the motor fixed on a lower surface of the frame. With the above configuration, the present invention is advantageous in automatic and complete shielding of the radiation inspection system without interference. In addition the shielding door can be controlled intelligently, so that accidental radiation leakage can be prevented.

摘要： The present invention discloses a lifting apparatus, comprising: a vertical guide device; a turntable device which is movable along the vertical guide device upwards or downwards; and a first driving device which drives the turntable device moving in an upward and downward direction guided by the vertical guide device. Wherein said turntable device comprises: a bracket which is slidably engaged with the vertical guide device and projects perpendicularly toward a side of the vertical guide device; a turntable which is rotatably provided on the bracket; and a second driving device which rotates the turntable on the bracket. The present invention further discloses a safety inspection system comprising the lifting apparatus. Compared with prior art, the present invention combines a rotating mechanism and a lifting mechanism as a single apparatus, thus, realizing the self rotation and elevation of the objects to be detected. Thus the present invention has the beneficial features, such as high movement precision, high transmission efficiency, low friction resistance and reduced noise etc.

摘要： The present invention discloses a ray beam guiding apparatus, comprising a ray beam guiding box having substantially fan-shaped top and bottom surfaces, defining an inner space, and having open wide and narrow ends; an engaging member joined to the narrow end of the box; a first collimator mounted to the box adjacent to the narrow end for adjusting size/shape of the ray beam in horizontal vertical direction; a second collimator having a calibration slit or grill and mounted to the box adjacent to the wide end; and an adjusting member connecting the engaging member and a ray generator to adjust a distance therebetween. The box can adjust size/shape and centering of the ray beam, so that inspection quality can be improved and thickness of the ray shielding layer can be reduced, the box is applicable to a ray inspection system which performs security inspection of liquid articles.

摘要： Disclosed is a detector device, comprising: an adjustable positioning base and a detector module. The adjustable positioning base includes: a horizontal plate being able to fixedly connect onto an annular rotation table or disk; and a vertical plate extending from the horizontal plate and generally perpendicular to the horizontal plate. A horizontal through long groove is provided at one side of the vertical plate, and the detector module is able to fixedly installed in said horizontal through long groove of the adjustable positioning base. By employing the technical solution defined in the present invention, the detector device has a compact structure, and precision adjustment and positioning for the detector device can be achieved. In addition, the present invention also provides a CT inspection system having the above detector device.

摘要： A radiation inspection system includes a shielding door device for a radiation inspection system, comprising a door body, two guides located on two opposite sides of the door body, a rack, a gear and a motor. 摘要： Disclosed is a detector device, comprising: an adjustable positioning base and a detector module. 摘要： A check process may be performed without rotation of a radiation source or detector. A CT scan security check device may include a radiation source and a detector forming a radiation detection area, a conveyer mechanism conveying an article along a path, and a multidimensional movement mechanism causing a relative displacement between the article and the radiation detection area in a vertical direction and causing the article to rotate about a vertical axis. A CT scan security check method may include: 1) displacing the article relative to the radiation detection area in the vertical direction; 2) rotating the article; 3) during the checked article passing through the radiation detection area, obtaining data regarding a radiation ray that passes through the article; and 4) transmitting the data for a CT arithmetic reconstruction.
