摘要： The present invention discloses a back plate of a liquid crystal display (LCD) module and a splice structure thereof. The back plate is assembled at least by a first back plate portion and a second back plate portion, wherein at least one splice structure is defined between the first back plate portion and the second back plate portion, and the shapes of two sides of the splice structure are correspondingly engaged with each other. Besides, the convex portion is provided with a fixing hole thereon, and the concave step portion is correspondingly provided with a fixing pillar therein. The fixing pillar passes through the fixing hole to fix the first back plate portion and the second back plate portion. The present invention can use different type of material to assemble into the back plate, so as to intensify the splicing strength except for decreasing the material cost.

摘要： The present invention provides a joined back panel structure of a display device, which includes a first mounting member and a second mounting member that are L-shaped and a third mounting member and a fourth mounting member that are linear, the first mounting member having two end respectively connected to two ends of the second mounting member to form an enclosed outer frame, the third mounting member being disposed inside the outer frame and having two ends respectively connected to the first mounting member and the second mounting member, the fourth mounting member being disposed inside the outer frame and having two ends respectively connected to the first mounting member and the second mounting member so as to form a hollow back panel. The outer frame of the present invention has an improved structural strength and low cast and is easy to manufacture. It is possible to join mounting members that are manufactured by the same mold, after being properly cut, in order to form back panels of various sizes so that the production mold of back panel can be shared to thereby reduce material cost and mold cost.

摘要： The present invention discloses a locking piece, a backlight module, and an LCD device. A locking piece for fixing PCB on backplane, the fixed top of the locking piece and the PCB is provided with a clamping structure; and the root of the locking piece is provided with a fixed structure for fixing the locking piece on the backplane. Because the present invention uses independent locking pieces, the locking pieces can be selectively fixed and arranged in the positions for fixing the PCB on the backplane. Thus, the standardization and generalization design is achieved, and the cost is reduced; in addition, because a clamping structure is used between the locking piece and the PCB, compared with the modes of screw fixation, riveting fixation and the like, the clamping mode has high installation efficiency and is beneficial to productivity enhancement and further cost reduction.

Simultaneously, the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets, so that the positions of hillocks on the bridges can be adjusted when the bridges rotate; and then, the hillocks correspond to the locking points of the corresponding PCBs to satisfy the needs of the PCBs of different dimensions and enhance the universality of the backplane.

摘要： The present invention discloses a backplane and a backlight module. The backplane comprises a frame formed by a plurality of brackets, and bridges which are arranged on the brackets and used for fixing PCBs; the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets; the bridges are provided with chutes or through holes used for installing hillocks. In the present invention, because the backplane is formed into a frame structure through a plurality of brackets, the manufacturing cost is lower and a large number of materials are saved. Simultaneously, the bridges can rotate relative to the fixed points of the bridges to the brackets, so that the positions of hillocks on the bridges can be adjusted to satisfy the needs of the PCBs of different dimensions and enhance the universality of the backplane. Further, the bridges are provided with chutes used for installing hillocks which can be installed in corresponding positions in the chutes as required; and then, the hillocks can obtain horizontal and vertical adjustment; therefore, the setting points of the hillocks are increased; the hillocks can adapt to PCBs of more dimensions and have preferable universality.

摘要： The present invention provides a display device back panel with adjustable PCB mounting seat, which includes a hollow body and paired mounting seats. The mounting seats are arranged in a hollow portion of the body and have opposite ends extended to connect to the body. Each of the mounting seats includes a first bracket and a second bracket that are symmetrically arranged and a connection board connected between the first bracket and the second bracket. The first bracket has an end adjustably connected to the body and an opposite end adjustably connected to the connection board. The second bracket has an end adjustably connected to the body and an opposite end adjustably connected to the connection board. The first bracket has a first bent section that is bent downward, and the second bracket has a second bent section that is bent down. The pair of mounting seats forms a receiving space between the two first bent sections and the two second bent sections that receive a PCB supported and mounted thereon. The assembling is simple and through the adjustable connection formed between the first bracket, the second bracket, the body, and the connection board, it is suitable for mounting and fixing PCBs of various sizes.
