    • The present invention relates to a foldable honeycomb structure and method for making the same. The method comprises (a) providing a plurality of flat strips; (b) forming a pair of longitudinal creases in each strip thereby defining the first two longitudinal margins of each strip and a central portion of each strip between the creases; (c) folding each strip along said creases so that each folded strip has two exposed outside surfaces; (d) applying at least three longitudinal glue lines to the exposed outside surface of each folded strip; and (e) stacking the glued strips. As a result, it need not open the longitudinal margins during the process of applying the longitudinal glue lines, which can avoid the deformation of the strip and have a precise gluing position.

    • A window covering system with geared interconnecting mechanism for raising and lowering window shade cordlessly. The window covering system may have at least one lifting cord, at least one connecting cord, an elongated member having a channel, and window covering member which may be a shade, a blind, or other known window covering designs. The contemplated device has at least one spring-actuated rotary element coupled to a spring and having a spool capable of winding and storing at least one connecting cord. The rotary elements are interconnected with gears for precision rotation, and are contained within a receptacle detachably received within the channel of the elongated member. This window covering system may optionally include a rotor set having rotors optionally interconnected by gears.

    • A light input-adjustable window shade includes a supporting unit having a main rod and two sliding rods. Each sliding rod is slideably mounted to one of two ends of the main rod.     • A window covering comprises an upper rail, a window shade, a lower rail, a press member located in the lower rail and extended therefrom, a first press assembly and a second press assembly located in the lower rail and spaced from each other to contact the press member, and a cord winding assembly located in the lower rail to connect to the first and second press assemblies. A first cord and a second cord run through the window shade to fasten to the cord winding assembly. A user can depress the press member and push or pull the lower rail upwards or downwards, so that the window shade can be retracted upwards or extended downwards through the first and second cords. Moreover, the first and second cords are held inside the lower rail, hence accident caused by the exposed cords can be prevented.

    • A cord-securing device for a window shade includes a plurality of holders, a plurality of rings, and an engaging unit. Each holder is fixed to a side of a shade and includes first and second holding members and an engaging groove formed between the first and second holding members. A cord is extended through the rings and fixed to an end of the engaging unit. The other end of the engaging unit is mounted to the side of the shade. When each ring is pulled by a radial external force, the first and second holding members deform, and the ring can disengage from the engaging groove of the holder, avoiding strangling and improving safety in use.
