摘要： A method, apparatus, and program for image processing are provided to perform operations of generating a verification document image and detecting tampering on the verification document image. The verification document image is generated by a document image generator, which adds a verification pattern to an original document image received from a document provider. A tampering detector determines whether the verification document image has been tampered based on the verification pattern. The output unit prints out, under control of a controller, the verification document image as well as information on whether tampering is detected. The above operations are performed on a network, such as the Internet.

A search unit searches for a substantially-vertical lane segment and a substantially-horizontal line segment intersecting with each other for each combination of one of the substantially-vertical-line-segment sequences and one of the substantially-horizontal-line-segment sequences. An intersection-point calculating unit calculates an intersection point between the thus-found substantially-vertical line segment and the substantially-horizontal line segment as a position of a pattern. An extracting unit extracts the information embedded in the printed material by identifying types of patterns at calculated positions.

This structure has antimicrobial property excellent in industrial washing durability and also has shape stability such as crease resistance and shrinkage resistance. Crosslinking index=A−B where A is the coefficient of moisture absorption of the fiber structure after crosslinking in an atmosphere of 30° C. and 90% RH (%), and B is the coefficient of moisture absorption of the fiber structure after crosslinking in an atmosphere of 20° C. and 65% RH (%).
