    • A sound information providing system, which can eliminate inappropriate sound information, is provided. The sound information providing system includes a receiving unit that receives a phone number for identifying a cellular phone of the destination side and a phone number for identifying a cellular phone of the source side. Both information is transmitted from the cellular phone of the source side, a sound information requesting unit for requesting sound information based on the received phone number. A sound information monitoring unit monitors the sound information are output in response to the request. It eliminates inappropriate sound information, and selects the sound information conforming to a predefined condition. A transmitting unit transmits the selected sound information to the cellular phone.

    • A control system for an internal combustion engine includes a heat flux sensor arranged in the combustion chamber of the engine, for detecting the heat flux within the combustion chamber. An ECU controls at least one of the amount of fuel supplied to the engine, the fuel injection timing, and the ignition timing of the engine according to operating conditions of the engine. The heat flux sensor detects the heat flux at timing within a range from the latter half of the exhaust stroke of each of the cylinders of the combustion cycle of the engine to the first half of the compression stroke of the following combustion cycle. At least one of the amount of fuel, the fuel injection timing, and the ignition timing is corrected based on the detected heat flux in the same stroke as the compression stroke of the following combustion cycle in which the heat flux has been detected.

    • A control device for an internal combustion engine employing PCCI combustion, capable of realizing high-stability operation of the engine throughout a large operation area, is provided. The engine control device comprises a fuel supply system which supplies light oil or mixed fuel containing light oil to the engine, a gas supply system which supplies hydrogen to the engine, and a required premixed gas calculating unit which previously stores and uses multiple combustion waveforms (changing depending on hydrogen addition concentration) as data. The required premixed gas calculating unit selects one of the combustion waveforms so as to achieve high thermal efficiency depending on the status of the engine and determines the hydrogen addition concentration (addition concentration of the hydrogen to be supplied to the engine) corresponding to the selected combustion waveform, by which the generation of PM and NOx can be reduced while also improving the thermal efficiency of the engine.
