摘要： A touch panel comprises a transparent substrate and a non-transparent insulation layer disposed on the transparent substrate. The non-transparent insulation layer has a first opening, and a second opening corresponding to a graphic region. The touch panel further comprises transparent conductive patterns disposed in the first opening and the second opening, and non-transparent conductive patterns disposed on the non-transparent insulation layer outside of the graphic region. The non-transparent conductive patterns electrically connect the transparent conductive pattern in the second opening.
