    • A demultiplexing circuit, a light emitting display using the same, and a driving method thereof, in which the number of output lines provided in a data driver is reduced. The light emitting display includes: a scan driver for supplying scan signals to scan lines in sequence; a data driver provided with a plurality of output lines and for supplying a plurality of data signals to the respective output lines while the scan signals are supplied; an image displaying part comprising a plurality of pixels placed in regions sectioned by the scan lines and a plurality of data lines; a plurality of demultiplexers, each of the demultiplexers coupling a respective one the output lines and having a plurality of data transistors adapted to supply a respective one of the data signals from the respective one of the output lines to more than one of the plurality of data lines; and a plurality of initializers having a plurality of initialization transistors adapted to apply a predetermined voltage to each of the plurality of data lines. In one embodiment, at least one of the initialization transistors is kept turned on until a respective one of the data transistors connected to the same data line connected to the at least one of initialization transistors is turned on, thereby supplying a desired data signal to a respective one of the pixels.

    • Disclosed is an organic light emitting display which has a scan driver to supply scan signals to a plurality of scan lines, a data driver to supply data signal to output lines, with a demultiplexer on each output line to supply the data signal to a plurality of data lines is disclosed. The display also has a pixel portion comprising pixels connected to the scan lines, the data lines, and pixel power source lines. There is also a power source line placed between the pixel portion and the data driver to supply first power to the pixel power source lines, and a parasitic capacitor formed on each data line to charge voltage corresponding to the data signal. With this configuration, the number of output lines provided in a data driver is decreased, and an image is displayed with uniform brightness.

    • An organic light emitting display that reduces the number of output lines from a data driver, attains image stability, and adjusts white balance. A plurality of demultiplexers at the primary output lines of the data driver simultaneously supply the data signals from each primary output line to a plurality of secondary output lines allowing a reduced number of primary output lines. A plurality of parasitic capacitors are formed where data lines are coupled with the pixels and are charged to a voltage corresponding to the data signal that is simultaneously provided to the pixels allowing an image of uniform brightness to be displayed. The scan period and the data period are not overlapping allowing a stable image. Capacitance values of data capacitors are set taking into consideration the light emitting efficiency of organic light emitting diodes, allowing an image of adjusted white balance.
