    • The present invention relates to a method for delivering interactive multi-screen service content in a multi-screen service content delivery system as well as a server and user terminal for implementing the method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method of delivering multi-screen content from a server to a plurality of user terminals simultaneously in a multi-screen content delivery system comprises: providing an interactive media document form the server to the plurality of user terminals wherein the interactive media document comprises an identification of the multi-screen content and a plurality of time options for playing or downloading the multi-screen content and the server collecting a plurality of user-selected time options and multicasting or broadcasting the multi-screen content according to the selected time options such that broadcast/multicast technique is used as much as possible for simultaneous video content delivery to a plurality of user to improve the efficiency of network utilization.

    • In a daytime and nighttime image recognizing method and apparatus, the method comprises predefining an air region and a terrestrial region for each image captured by a camera apparatus; inputting an image captured by the camera apparatus; calculating a lightness value histogram for the air region of the input image; and determining a lighting condition of a photo environment of the camera apparatus based on the lightness value histogram for the air region of the input image. The daytime and nighttime image recognizing method and apparatus are able to correctly recognize the lighting condition of the environment even if the air region in an image is obstructed by a background or there are no lane lines in an image. Moreover, when an erroneous recognition occurs for an individual image, the interference caused by the erroneous recognition can be precluded efficiently.

    • The present invention discloses a decoding circuit withstanding high voltage via a low-voltage MOS transistor, where negative high voltage that can be withstood can be as high as double what the transistor itself can withstand via two-stage CMOS inverters connected serially. When the negative high voltage is withstood, the source of a PMOS transistor in the CMOS inverter is switched to high resistance, and the substrate to the ground; the source of an NMOS transistor in the first CMOS inverter is connected with a half negative high voltage, and the source of an NMOS transistor in the second CMOS inverter with a negative high voltage; the first CMOS inverter, whose output is the half negative high voltage, is grounded at its input terminal, and output of the second CMOS inverter is the negative high voltage. The present invention further discloses a method of implementing the decoding circuit and a memory circuit using the decoding circuit. The present invention can effectively reduce area the device occupies; it is applicable to the non-volatile memory field, realizing high-voltage output during a high-voltage operation and fast decoding output during a normal-voltage operation.
