摘要： Image descriptor identifiers are used for content-based search. A plurality of descriptors is determined for an image. The descriptors represent the content of the image at respective interest points identified in the image. The descriptors are mapped to respective descriptor identifiers. The image can thus be represented as a set of descriptor identifiers. A search is performed on an index using the descriptor identifiers as search elements. A method for efficiently searching the inverted index is also provided. Candidate images that include at least a predetermined number of descriptor identifiers that match those of the image are identified. The candidate images are ranked and at least a portion thereof are presented as content-based search results.

摘要： Methods and computer-readable media for propagating content category information to images stored in a database are described. A seed image that is associated with a known content category is received. A content-based image retrieval is conducted using the seed image as a search query image. A number of search result images are identified. The content category is propagated to the search result images. Metadata associated with the search result images is aggregated and analyzed to identify domains that should also be associated with the content category. Additional images that are associated with the domain are identified and the content category propagated thereto. The process is iterated using the additional images as search query images for the content-based image retrieval.

摘要： A light source comprising an excitation light source for providing excitation light, and an optical wavelength conversion member disposed at a distance from the excitation light source. The optical wavelength conversion member comprises an optical wavelength conversion material for converting the excitation light into stimulated light. The light source also comprises an optical-guiding member that allows the excitation light to be incident on the optical wavelength conversion material, and an optical-collecting member for collecting converted light originating from the optical wavelength conversion material. To separate the paths of the converted light and the excitation light, the etendue of the optical-guiding member is less than or equal to ¼ of the etendue of the optical-collecting member. This allows the optical-guiding member to draw in the excitation light while preventing the excessive escape of the converted light through the optical-guiding member.

The system associates one or more entity identifiers with a web page and stores this information as metadata of the page in a search engine index. Thus, the entity-based search system allows users to identify a particular entity the user is interested in finding, and to receive search results directly related to that entity.

摘要： A solid state light source device for generating a constant broad band light useful in multiple SLM projectors. The light source device includes a blue or UV/near UV excitation light and a moving plate carrying wavelength conversion materials to convert the excitation light into a broad band light. The broad band light outputted by the phosphor plate includes at least two primary color components and has a constant intensity and spectrum as a function of time. 摘要： A light source system and a projection system employing the same. The light source system includes a light source emitting an excitation light, a moving device carrying a wavelength conversion material and an adjustment device. The excitation light irradiates on the wavelength conversion material. When the moving device is in a periodical moving state, the light spot position irradiated by the excitation light on the moving device moves following a first working track. The adjustment device is used for adjusting the light spot position irradiated by the adjusted excitation light on the moving device so that it moves following a second working track. The first working track is separated from the second working track. The system can reduce the working load of the wavelength conversion material on the first working track, thus slowing the aging of the wavelength conversion material, and improving the life of the light source system.
