摘要： A media path moves media sheets from a media supply, a print engine receives the media sheets from the media path, and a sensor detects a characteristic related to the media sheets. A drive nip continuously moves the media sheets, and a stall nip receives the media sheets from the drive nip. The stall nip is positioned less than the length of one of the media sheets from the drive nip. The stall nip alternately stops or moves the media sheets while the drive nip continuously moves the media sheets, as controlled by a controller, to cause the media sheets to buckle between the drive nip and the stall nip. The controller controls when to stop or move the media sheets to constantly vary the size of the buckle, and thereby make the buckle relatively larger for a first characteristic and make the buckle relatively smaller for a different characteristic.

摘要： A method, non-transitory computer readable medium, and apparatus for cooling a device are disclosed. For example, the method sets at least one accumulator increment rate, an accumulator decrement rate, at least one threshold value, and an accumulator value maximum based on empirical data associated with the device, tracks an accumulator value up to the accumulator value maximum based upon productivity of the device, wherein the accumulator value is adjusted based on an integral of the at least one accumulator increment rate and the accumulator decrement rate and operates a fan of the device based upon the accumulator value rising above the threshold value or falling below the threshold value.

摘要： Systems and methods for a multifunction device, a control system has a processor in data communication with a memory. A local user interface is connected to the control system. A portable data storage device is connected to a port. The local user interface provides user selection of one of mutually exclusive document delivery workflow operations under control of the control system. The local user interface provides user selection of a source for a document recipient's address according to one of the document delivery workflows. Upon selection of the source for the document recipient's address being the portable data storage device, the processor scans the portable data storage device and displays files containing addresses on the local user interface. The local user interface receives selection of designated recipient's address according to the selected document delivery workflow. The processor saves each the designated recipient's addresses in the memory.

The feedback comment about, for example, a particular device feature can be provided by the user when he or she enters data using, for example, a soft keyboard or other input feature displayed by the user interface. A user interface screen prior to switching into the feedback mode can be captured in response to activation of a screen capture option. The feedback comment can be captured in association with a reference number upon activation of a submit button and then transmitted to a collecting department or organization during a feedback collection mode.

An automatic search of an electronic network can be then performed to determine if there is an exact match or a partial match between the content of the document and the results of search automatic search. If an exact match or a partial match is generated as a result of automatically searching the electronic network, a user can be presented with various selection options via a GUI for retrieving, viewing and printing search results of the automatic search.
