摘要： A biopsy needle arrangement comprises a needle sheath and a needle. The biopsy needle arrangement is configured to be operatively connected to an actuator device configured to push the needle and the sheath distally in a sliding direction x. The biopsy needle arrangement further comprises a needle connector configured to attach the needle to the actuator device and a sheath connector configured to attach the needle sheath to the actuator device. The needle connector is configured to disengage the needle from the actuator device when the needle is subjected to a force in the sliding direction, which exceeds a threshold force. Also or alternatively, the sheath connector is configured to disengage the needle sheath from the actuator device when the needle sheath is subjected to a force in a direction opposite the sliding direction, which exceeds a threshold force.

The needle arrangement (100, 1000, 1400) comprises: a needle sheath (104, 002, 1402), and a needle (202, 1102, 1406) comprising: an elongated portion and a sealing member (204, 1003, 1403) being arranged to a front end of the elongated portion. The needle arrangement is adapted to bet set in: a closed position, in which the sealing member (204, 1003, 1403) is arranged to abut at least a portion of a front end surface of the needle sheath (104, 1002, 1402) thereby restricting intrusion of foreign matter in an area between the needle sheath and the needle, and an open position, in which a gap (1204, 1506) is formed between the sealing member (204, 1003, 1403) and the front end surface of the needle sheath (104, 1002, 1402). Embodiments include needle arrangement for injection, for aspiration, and for biopsy purposes.

摘要： A needle system (10) comprises a needle arrangement and an actuator device (30). The needle arrangement comprises needle (21) and a rod (24). The needle has a proximal end (211) and a distal end (212) and a needle opening (203) at the distal end of the needle. The rod has a proximal end (221) and a distal end (222) and a length that is greater than the length of the needle. The rod comprises an elongated rod shaft portion (26) configured to fit inside the needle and a rod tip portion (23) located at the distal end of the rod. The actuator device comprises an actuator body (39) comprising a cavity (33) and a first opening (61) configured to interface with a fluid transportation device (70) to allow fluid into and/or out of the cavity and thereby allowing fluid to be injected and/or aspirated through the needle. The needle system has a closed state and an open state. The rod tip portion seals, or blocks, the needle opening in the closed state, and the rod tip portion is shifted forward relative to the needle and unseals, or unblocks, the needle opening in the open state. The proximal end of the needle is connected to the actuator body and the proximal end of the needle is open to the cavity. The rod is configured to interact with the actuator device such that at a change of volume of the cavity, a force is exerted on the rod in a distal direction, setting the needle arrangement in the open state.

摘要： An actuator device comprises first, second and third actuators operatively connected to a biopsy needle arrangement comprising a needle inside a sheath. The needle arrangement has a closed state and an open state, a tip portion abutting a needle sheath in the closed state, and the tip portion extending from the distal end of the needle sheath in the open state. The first actuator pushes the needle distally in a sliding direction x relative to the needle sheath a first distance, d1, at which the needle arrangement is in its open state. The second actuator pushes the needle sheath distally in the sliding direction x relative to the needle a second distance, d2. The third actuator pushes the needle sheath distally in the sliding direction x relative to the needle a third distance, d3, where d3 is smaller than d2, at which the needle arrangement is in its closed state.
