摘要： A display apparatus includes pixels, a driver for providing a driving voltage, and conductive lines including a first line, a second line, and a third line. The display apparatus further includes a first circuit electrically connected to the driver for receiving the driving voltage and electrically connected to the pixels for controlling the pixels. The first circuit includes a first chip, a first inner line, a first pad, a second pad, a third pad, a fourth pad, and a fifth pad. The first chip is electrically connected to the driver through the third pad, the fourth pad, the fifth pad, the third line, the second line, the second pad, the first inner line, the first pad, and the first line. The fourth and fifth pads may contribute to consistent resistance for paths that transmit the driving voltage, for enabling desirable display quality of the display apparatus.

摘要： In a display apparatus, a light sensor of a display includes a light sensing layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, an insulating layer, and a gate electrode to sense light from an external source. The light sensing layer is disposed on the substrate to sense light, and the source and drain electrodes are disposed on the light sensing layer and are covered by the insulating layer. The gate electrode is disposed on the insulating layer. An edge of the gate electrode is disposed on the light sensing layer at least in an area where the light sensing layer is overlapped with the source and drain electrodes.

The tag includes a tag memory to store thereto pre-determined password information and tag data, an antenna to receive a tag data transmission request signal from an outer reader, and a tag controller to request the reader to transmit the password if the tag data transmission request signal is received, and then to transmit the tag data if the password received from the reader is identical with the pre-determined password. 摘要： An apparatus for transmitting power wirelessly is provided. The apparatus comprises: a dielectric resonator which generates evanescent waves in a predetermined direction in order to transmit power; and a loop antenna which is coupled to a surface of the dielectric resonator and supplies power to the dielectric resonator. The dielectric resonator transmits power by means of evanescent waves generated in directions perpendicular to top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric resonator and by radiation in directions parallel to the top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric resonator. Accordingly, efficient power transmission over short and long distance ranges is possible.

摘要： A gate driving circuit includes N stages (where N is a natural number greater than or equal to 2). The N stages are cascaded, and each of the N stages has a gate line connected thereto. A first stage group includes k stages of the N stages (where k is a natural number less than N), and the first stage group outputs a first output signal in response to a start signal. A second stage group (including N−k stages) generates a second output signal in response to the first output signal and outputs the second output signal to a corresponding gate line. The first stage group includes a first buffer and a second buffer, each of which receives the start signal. A size of the first buffer is smaller than a size of the second buffer.
