摘要： A 3 group–5 group compound ferromagnetic semiconductor, comprising one material ‘A’ selected from the group of Ga, Al and In and one material ‘B’ selected from the group consisting of N and P, wherein one material ‘C’ selected from the group consisting of Mn, Mg, Co, Fe, Ni, Cr and V is doped as a material for substituting the material ‘A’, the compound semiconductor has a single phase as a whole. The ferromagnetic semiconductor can be fabricated by a plasma-enhance molecular beam epitaxy growing method and since it shows the ferromagnetic characteristics at a room temperature, it can be applied as various spin electron devices.

摘要： A bird repeller is provided to prevent birds from approaching a utility pole and building their nests on the utility pole, the apparatus comprising: a solar cell; a fixing frame for fixing and installing the same; a flexible fixture which is elastically inserted and installed between cross arms; a wing means operated by the solar cell; a bird detecting sensor which is able to recognize approach of the birds; a noise generator and a sound wave generator which generate noises and sound waves which the birds dislike; and LED light emitters for emitting light which the birds dislike, whereby the bird repeller prevents fowl and other birds from building their nests between the cross arms provided on an upper part of the utility pole so that no wires are short-circuited and no other damage is generated.

摘要： A bird repelling device includes a solar cell panel which collects solar heat and converts the collected solar heat into electrical energy; a charging unit which stores the electrical energy received from the solar cell panel; a controller which controls the electrical energy stored in the charging unit; a bird sensor which receives power from the charging unit and detects the approach of birds; a sound generating unit and a sound wave generating unit which are operated by a signal transmitted from the bird sensor; a moving unit which is moved by a drive motor that is operated by a signal transmitted from the bird sensor; and a hollow body which is coupled to the solar cell panel and houses the charging device, the controller and the drive motor therein.
