    • A control module (1) for an injector of an accumulator injection system is used to control and guide a valve body (8). The control module comprises a high pressure supply line (2) for supplying fuel, and a guiding device (3) for guiding the valve body (8). A control room (4), an inlet throttle (5) and an outlet throttle (6) are also provided. The inlet throttle (5) connects the high pressure supply line (2) to the control chamber (4) and the outlet throttle (6) connects the control chamber (4) to a control valve (15). A control piston (7) is arranged in the control chamber (4), the end of the control piston opposite the control chamber (4) being connected to a high pressure region (9) on the valve body (8).

    • The fuel injector comprises a control module, with a piston guide extending downwards, in which a control piston is arranged. The fuel injector further comprises a nozzle body, with a top surface on which the control module is mounted. The nozzle body comprises a drilling with a nozzle needle, co-operating with the control piston, arranged in the lower section thereof and the piston guide, arranged in the upper section thereof. A high pressure inlet is arranged in the control module and opens out into the drilling at the top surface. The drilling is embodied such that, on lifting the nozzle needle from the valve seat thereof, the fuel which escapes from the fuel injector is replaced, whereby fuel from the high pressure inlet flows through the drilling in the direction of the valve seat.

    • The invention relates to a piezoelectric actuator (1) comprising a stack of a plurality of individual piezoelectric actuator elements (2, 2′, 2″) which are arranged between inner electrodes (3, 3′, 3″). Said piezoelectric actuator comprises a first metallisation strip (4) and a second metallisation strip (5), the inner electrodes (3, 3′, 3″) being respectively connected to the first or second metallisation strips (4, 5) in an alternating manner. A first outer electrode (6) and a second outer electrode (7) are fixed to the first or the second metallisation strips (4, 5) in order to electrically contact the piezoelectric actuator (1). Said outer electrodes (6, 7) respectively comprise a connection element (8, 9) for externally contacting the piezoelectric actuator (1), and at least one region which is embodied in such a way that it compensates length variations of the piezoelectric actuator (1) in the main oscillation direction (10) as a result of its design and arrangement. The elastic deformation exclusively extends inside a plane which is parallel to the main oscillation direction (10).

    • An injection valve has an injector housing (1) and an actuator and also a nozzle assembly. The nozzle assembly has a nozzle body (6) with a recess (8) into which a nozzle needle (10) is introduced and at one axial end of which an injection nozzle (12) is embodied. The recess (8) has, axially adjacent to the injection nozzle (12), a first guide region (14) for the nozzle needle (10). The recess (8) also has at least one cross-sectional extension which extends toward the other axial end. The recess (8) is embodied for the purpose of delivering fluid to the injection nozzle (12). A guide bushing (20) is introduced into the recess (8) in a subsection of the cross-sectional extension, the guide bushing (20) forming a second guide region (22) for the nozzle needle (10) and being embodied for conducting fuel radially outside of the second guide region (22).
