摘要： A hydraulic brake system for a vehicle with an anti-lock arrangement operable by wheel brake pressures are individually variable in front wheel brakes and rear wheel brakes, connected to diagonal brake circuits, of a four-wheeled vehicle, in order to reduce or eliminate a threat of wheel locking. The anti-lock arrangement has at least one return pump per brake circuit. The anti-lock arrangement is equipped with a total of four electrically controllable valves. In each of the brake circuits I, II there is one first valve between the master cylinder and a front wheel brake and one second valve between the master cylinder and the rear wheel brake. All the valves are embodied as normally open valves and are electrically closable. Inlets of each of the return pumps communicate directly with the respective front wheel brakes and indirectly with the rear wheel brakes through throttles. Check valves that open toward the inlets of the return pumps are provided in series with the throttles. The anti-lock arrangement creates the possibility that in the anti-lock mode, for instance in travel on an icy road, rear wheel brake pressures may be higher than front wheel brake pressures, to improve the braking action.

摘要： This invention relates to a piston pump in a brake system having a piston, which is drivable in a reciprocating motion in a cylinder by an eccentric tang. To avert damage to a ring seal, a support ring is provided which keeps the ring seal spaced apart from a guide sheath for the piston in the cylinder by a distance that is at least as long as a stroke length of the piston. This prevents running scratches on the piston from coming into contact with the ring seal.

摘要： The invention relates to a check valve with a tubular valve housing in which a valve ball is received. To make a large flow cross section available and to prevent closure by the valve ball when the check valve is fully open, a perforated disk is press-fitted between longitudinally extending guide ribs of the valve housing and a circumferential wall of the valve housing there is an interstice as an outflow opening, which is not closed even the valve ball contacts the perforated disk. The valve housing is made by stamping, in which the guide ribs and a valve seat are made in one operation and are thereby aligned exactly with one another. In this way, a small radial play of the valve ball can be realized.
