    • A silent modular conveyor link adapted for assembly with multiple complementary links to form a conveyor. The conveyor includes a support for supporting items to be conveyed on the conveyor. A plurality of silent teeth extend downwardly from the support for mating engagement with a sprocket gear and for mating alignment with teeth in a complementary link for articulating movement relative to the complementary link. An opening in at least some of the teeth are provided for receiving a link pin for connecting the multiple conveyor links together to form an endless conveyor. Both genderless and male/female conveyor links are disclosed.

The end-user device provides an indication of selection of at least a portion of the either the information regarding end-user dictated content for a plurality of technical support topics or the information regarding available automated technical support. By providing such information prior to receiving any indication of the specific technical support required by the end-user, the likelihood that the end-user can successfully resolve his/her issue without further intervention is increased.

    • An end protector link for capturing and retaining first and second elongate link pins of a multi-link conveyor chain is provided. The end protector link includes an outer wall defining a protective bearing surface defining a pair of openings for allowing ingress and egress of respective enlarged heads of the first and second link pins, and an inner wall carried in spaced-apart relation to the outer wall and having a pair of retainer apertures generally aligned with respective ones of the pair of openings for capturing and retaining respective enlarged heads of the first and second link pins between facing surfaces of the outer wall and the inner wall. The protective bearing surface of the outer wall is adapted for being engaged by wearing surfaces past which the conveyor moves and thereby protecting the enlarged heads of the link pins from exposure to said wearing surfaces.

    • An extensible arm is located in the bed of a truck or a trailer and is selectively operable to assist in the stacking or unstacking and unloading of a stacked palletized load from the elevated bed to the ground level using a load lift on the truck or trailer and a pallet jack. The stacked load is moved from the bed onto the load lift with a pallet jack or other load transporter, and the load lift is lowered to a position where the extensible arm can be extended below the pallet of an upper load portion of the stacked load. After the arm is extended, the load lift is lowered to the ground leaving the upper load portion on the extended arm and moving the lower load portion of the stacked load to the ground, thereby unstacking the load. Thereafter, the lift is raised to engage the upper load portion, the arm is retracted, and the lift is lowered to lower the upper load portion to the ground.
