摘要： The invention describes an apparatus for producing a fluids package, with a synthetic plastics coated paper tube, of which one end is closed by an injected synthetic plastics lid while its other end is closed by holding and welding the tube material, with a device (8) for forming a tube from a web (2), at least one intermittently rotatable mandrel wheel (27), an injection station (29), an endless conveyor (31) for the packages (34) during the course of their production, a filling station (63), a closing station (62) and with a removal conveyor (39).To increase the machine output and to permit simplification of some of the handling units, it is according to the invention envisaged that at least two mandrel wheels (27) should be disposed one beside the other to rotate about a common axis (43) and in front of which, viewed in the direction of movement (20) of the relevant paper tube, there is a folding device (8) and in front of that web distributing station (25) and behind which (27) there is the at least two-track endless conveyor (31) which has for the packages (34) receiving containers (30) which are adapted to be brought into positions which are in a rectilinear extension of the relevant package path (20), the receiving containers (30) revolving on the lower strand (35).

摘要： Described is a drive for injection mould parts of a synthetic plastics injection moulding apparatus for injecting a wall part on a paper web, with at least one supply injector fixed on a carrier, a plurality of injector heads rigidly connected thereto and with driven connecting levers.So that parallel webs of a packaging tube can be passed more closely beside one another so that it is possible to manage with a few plasticising units in the smallest space and with short flow paths for the synthetic plastics material, it is according to the invention envisaged that the direction of conveyance of the paper web extend at a right-angle to the direction of opening and direction of closure of the mould parts, a plurality of pairs of movable mould parts being disposed adjacent one another at a distance (X) in the opening and closing directions, the connecting levers which take the form of ties and knee levers being so articulated that during injection, the forces which arise are mutually reinforcing and the carrier can be of lighter weight construction, at least in its middle portion.

摘要： A method and apparatus are disclosed for production of containers for packaging liquids. Plastic-coated supporting material is drawn as a web from a supply roll in a first direction along a web path. At a first position, the web is cut into sheets. The sheets are conveyed along a transport path in a second direction transverse to the web path. At a second position, each sheet is partially shaped into a tube, and an edge of the sheet is folded over and sealed. At a third position, shaping is completed to cause the side edges of the sheet to join, and the tube side is sealed. A plastic lid is molded onto the top of each tube, and the bottom end is folded and sealed into a quadrilangular bottom.

摘要： A fluid packaging arrangement comprises tubular side walls and end walls disposed at the ends thereof, forming a bottom and a top, wherein the top comprises thermoplastic material without a carrier material, is injection moulded to the outer edge of the tube along that edge and has a pouring spout, and the bottom is quadrangular and has triangular flaps which are folded over to lie against at least one adjacent panel. In order to provide such a packaging arrangement with a particularly advantageous bottom, the invention proposes that at least two mutually oppositely disposed triangular flaps of the bottom are folded inwardly into the plane of the bottom or outwardly on to the side wall, about the lower edge between the bottom and the side wall, and fixed in that position.

In addition, it is preferred that the transverse embossing device be disposed above, and that the forming station be disposed below, a feeding device, so that their movements are coupled together; and that the forming station have movable forming jaws which embrace a given package on all sides. The forming jaws preferably include movable longitudinal measuring jaws as well as transverse measuring jaws which substantially completely enclose the sides of the packages being filled.

摘要： A pack for flowable contents, such as liquids, has tubular side walls, a bottom and a top wall, and is formed of a deep-drawable plastics material. The top includes a vertically upstanding, externally threaded collar and defines a pouring opening which is closable by a threaded top. The pack is formed by two half shells, and a seam passes around the pack in a longitudinal plane and extends nearly to the top free upper edge of the collar. The seam is interrupted in the top by the pouring opening and projects outwardly from diametrically opposite sides of the pack. According to a method for forming the pack of the invention, the collar is formed by two collar halves which are joined together at the seam. Threads are formed on the collar and the upper free edge includes an annular sealing surface for a correspondingly formed screw top.
