    • The forwardly movable automotive vehicle seat has a seat back and a seat frame with a seat part. The automotive vehicle seat can be moved between a normally adopted utilization position and a forwardly moved position. A locking device is associated with the seat frame; the seat back has a seat back hinge and a stop device. The stop device retains the seat back in the forwardly folded position as long as the seat frame is located in a front portion of a displacement path. The stop device allows the seat back to be released so that it may be folded upward into the normal utilization position when the seat frame is located in a rear portion of the displacement path. The stop device has a first limit stop and a second limit stop, one of said limit stops being disposed on the seat frame and the other one on the seat back.
