    • An adjustment mechanism is provided and includes a main body having a first ratchet portion, a slider movably connected to the main body, a button having a second ratchet portion, and an elastic member connecting the slider and the button. When the elastic member exerts a spring force on the button with the first and second ratchet portions engaged with each other, the slider is movable relative to the main body only in a first direction. When the button is pressed along a second direction, the second ratchet portion disengages from the first ratchet portion, so that the slider is movable relative to the main body in the first direction or in the other direction opposite to the first direction.
