The file editing system includes: a first storage (41) for storing file contents; a primary display screen (31) for displaying the file contents thereon; a control device (20) for receiving commands and user comments taken regarding the file contents from a user; and a microcontroller unit (MCU, 10) for controlling the storing and displaying of the file contents and the user comments in accordance with the commands. The file editing system further includes a second storage (42) for storing the user comments under control of the MCU; and a secondary display screen (32) for displaying the user comments thereon under control of the MCU. A related file editing method is also provided.

    • A file display system is provided. The file display system includes a MCU (10), a display control unit (20) and a display unit (30). The MCU receives power-on commands and power-off commands from a control unit (50). According to the preferred embodiment, upon receiving a power-off command, the MCU reads a next page data content of a currently displayed page from a storage apparatus (40) and stores the next page data content in the display control unit; and upon receiving a following power-on command, the MCU enables the display control unit, and the display control unit controls the next page data content stored therein to be displayed on the display unit, the next page data content therefore becomes a currently displayed page. A related method is also provided.

    • The present invention provides a charging mode control circuit and method. By utilizing such charging mode control circuit and method, a secondary battery fixed in a portable device can be quickly charged when the portable device communicate with an external computer. The method includes the steps of: a) providing a commutator, the commutator comprising an adaptor, a first interface, and a second interface, wherein the first interface is connected to the external computer and the second interface is connected to the portable device; b) filtering a charging voltage from the adaptor and obtaining a ripple voltage from the charging power supply; c) rectifying the ripple voltage; d) comparing the rectified ripple voltage with a reference voltage, thereby producing a voltage waveform signal according to a comparison result; and e) selecting a fast charging mode for the secondary battery according to the voltage waveform signal.

    • A charging mode control circuit (320) includes a detecting circuit (321) and a charging control circuit (322). The detecting circuit detects whether a power/data interface (310) is in a communication state, and accordingly outputting a control signal. The charging control circuit receives the control signal and obtaining power from the power/data interface to charge a secondary battery (330) with a charging mode in accordance with the control signal. The charging mode is a fast charging mode with a charging current larger than a predetermined level, or a slow charging mode with a charging current not larger than the predetermined level. A portable electronic device (30) incorporates the charging mode control circuit is also provided.
