    • Presented in an embodiment is a local coil of an MRI system, including at least one cascade output slot, at least one cascade input slot, and at least one RF switch. The RF switch includes a first input signal interface, a second input signal interface, and at least one output signal interface, wherein the first input signal interface is connected to the cascade input slot, the second input signal interface is connected to a RF signal interface of the local coil, the output signal interface is connected to the cascade output slot. The RF switch is configured to output signals received by the first input signal interface and the second input signal interface from the output signal interface separately.

    • A local coil and a magnetic resonance imaging system are provided. The local coil includes an antenna part, an adjustment part and a transmission part. The antenna part includes a first capacitor connected in series for adjusting a frequency of the antenna part. The adjustment part includes a tuning/detuning diode and is connected in parallel to the first capacitor, and the tuning/detuning diode is used for adjusting tuning and detuning of the antenna part. The transmission part includes a radio-frequency transmission line that connects the antenna part and the adjustment part, and the transmission part provides a phase difference of an odd multiple of 180° between the antenna part and the tuning/detuning diode.

    • A local coil assembly for an MRI apparatus includes an RF channel setting unit, a basic coil having a first slot, and a first additional coil connected to the first slot. Each of the basic coil and the first additional coil includes one or more receiving channels. The RF channel setting unit is configured for setting a receiving channel of the basic coil and a receiving channel of the first additional coil. The basic coil is configured for receiving an RF signal according to a receiving channel set by the RF channel setting unit. The first additional coil is configured for receiving an RF signal according to a receiving channel set by the RF receiving channel setting unit. The present teachings are compatible with multiple coils, and support the combined use of multiple coils.
