    • A mounting apparatus is provided to hold a number of data storage devices each including opposite sidewalls. The mounting apparatus includes a bracket, a number of fasteners, and a number of fixing members. The fasteners are fixed to the sidewalls of the data storage devices, respectively, and each fastener includes a head portion abutting the corresponding sidewall. Each fixing member includes a main body fixed to the bracket, and guiding rails fixed to opposite sides of the main body. Each guiding rail defines a sliding groove. A receiving space is formed between two adjacent fixing members to accommodate the data storage devices. Every sliding groove facing a receiving space is paired with an opposite sliding groove facing the same receiving. When the data storage devices are moved into the receiving spaces along the fixing members, respectively, the head portions are slid into the corresponding paired sliding grooves.

    • A mounting apparatus for a data storage device includes a bracket, a support member, and a clipping member movably mounted to one end of the support member. The bracket includes two side panels each defining a slide slot and a locking slot. Opposite sides of the support member are slidably mounted in the slide slots. The clipping member includes a fixing block. A moving direction of the clipping member is substantially perpendicular to the sliding direction of the support member. When the support member is slid into the bracket, the fixing block is engaged in the corresponding locking slot. When the clipping member is moved away from the corresponding locking slot, the fixing block is disengaged from the corresponding locking slot. Thereafter, the support member is ready to be drawn out from the bracket.

    • A server rack assembly includes a rack, a chassis, and a locking device. The rack has two side plates each defining a receiving slot. The chassis receives an electronic component, and is received between the side walls. The locking device includes a bracket, a locker, and two elastic members. The bracket is positioned at an end of the chassis and adjacent to the receiving slot. The locker is fixed to the center of the bracket. The two elastic members are fixed to two opposite ends of the bracket. Each elastic member includes a protrusion and a locking piece at two opposite ends thereof. The elastic member is capable of rotating between a first position where the locker locks the locking piece and the protrusion is received in the receiving slot, and a second position where the locker unlocks the locking piece and the protrusion is released from the receiving slot.
